    his paper puts forward the innovative service mode of “Ubiquitous Learning Commons ( U-LC )”,try to develop learning commons from the vision, connotation and function and other aspects, in order to fully support the students' learning. The service goal of U-LC is to take the student as the center, to support ubiquitous learning, collaborative learning and situated learning, and U-LC concept model is constructed under the guidance of service goal. Strategies for the construction of U-LC include building knowledge element base of learning resource, providing personalized information service based on context-aware, creating virtual learning community and situated and virtual learning environment based on virtual reality technology.

    Firstly, this article analyzes research papers of Chinese text sentiment analysis based on quantitative method and establishes the basic framework of the research. The next sections reveal research contents and results on Chinese sentiment analysis in detail, including fundamental research and applied research.     This paper takes the U.S.A, the United Kingdom, and the Australian as the cases, to study these countries’ data management/sharing policies made by research funding organizations, universities, and the governments. The results show that different levels of data management/sharing policies have been made. Based on the findings, the paper suggests that all levels of research agencies-research funding organizations, universities and institutions should develop their data policies to ensure the sharing and preservation of research data. Additionally, the governments should establish freedom of information policies to promote the disclosure of information as well as data they owned. Finally the paper also suggests that the governments should support the scientific data sharing practices through establishing policies and so on.

    By combing on skeleton of research and development with “mode explore,resource building , user service" in the field of open access, two mainstream thinking of users service in today academia, user service concept based on ontology and user service thinking based on folksonomy, are analyzed with compare.     From a perspective of causal mechanism, with the antecedents of service quality, a hypothesis model for predicting service loyalty including mediator variables service value and service satisfaction is proposed. Comparing with international studies, the survey data analysis using structural equation model shows that it is service value not service satisfaction plays intermediary role of service quality and service loyalty. Value first rule, satisfaction illusion, complex angles of service loyalty and dynamic multi-dimensional service quality are brought out to discuss.

    Basing on the summary of the utilization of the major professional research networking sites abroad, this paper chooses an open research networking site-Academia.edu as a case, and through investigation and analysis the authors find that there are some problems, such as the updated information time lag, student group being the major user role, the homogenization trend of their users, the asymmetry between their users’ activity level and their academic achievement, etc. The research or academic institutions should reasonably avoid these defects in the design of the future research networking, in order to better serve scientific communication.
