Based on reviews on the status quo and trend of collaborative e-government，this paper pointes out that the trend of collaborative e-government is the collaborative e-government oriented knowledge sharing based on semantic technology，reviews the collaborative e-government, knowledge coordination and the collaborative e-government oriented knowledge sharing, analyzes the inevitability of the collaborative e-government from information coordination to knowledge coordination. The authors point out the essence of knowledge sharing of collaborative e-government is knowledge coordination based on the common semantic system.
This paper analyzes the obstacle in knowledge sharing of collaborative e-government from the perspective of technology and organization,, and constructs the system framework of knowledge sharing of collaborative e-government, points out that knowledge sharing of collaborative e-government need the support from the technical and organizational environment, analyzes the organization model and organization guarantee environment in knowledge sharing of collaborative e-government by the case.
This paper analyzes the shortage of the current collaborate e-government process integrated model and framework, explains technical advantages of using semantic Web services in the collaborate e-government knowledge sharing, builds the collaborate e-government process integrated framework for knowledge sharing, uses semantic Web services and ontology concept to design a collaborate e-government process integration model based on WSMO, facilitate the semantic interaction and knowledge sharing between government and user.
This paper proposes to build the e-government portal based on mobile Internet and try to combine human intelligence with the power of machine by using the "SoLoMo" features of mobile Internet in order to supply the source of semantic data with mass man-machine collaboration.

At last, this paper explores the meaning and value of online lurker research. The paper aims to get a comprehensive review of current status and future direction on online lurker research from information management perspective and yields some implication for information-related scholars.
Based on interviews, this paper investigates collaboration between Chinese faculty in US library and information schools and domestic faculty, including type, formation, main academic institutions and influence factors of the collaborations. Results show that, most interviewees have some kind of academic relationship with domestic faculty, collaboration plan or willingness. Their informal scholarly network becomes important medium of communication in domestic LIS field. Current collaboration relationships mainly depend on individual factors. Academic institutions play a role in promoting the collaboration and communication through their policy.

The paper collects co-link data of 30 selected university library websites by using Yahoo!. Social network analysis is used to analyze the co-link network of university libraries from the angle of network density, accessibility, centrality, subgroup, core-periphery, and block model. The result reveals the over-all structure of network and the roles of library websites. It also shows the network communities and the relations of them. Moreover, several improved suggestions for the construction in our university library websites are given out.

This paper studies the present situation of the borrowing and reading service,information service, document delivery service, digitalization and utilization of ancient books on the basis of The Fist Key Protection Units of Ancient Books. And the reasons are analyzed from the basic collation, the situation of digitalization, subject librariansand the awareness of information service. At the same time, Beijing Normal University Library, Shanghai Library, the ancient books delivery services in university libraries are introduced as typical experiences in order to promote services on ancient books.
Based on the fundamental thoughts and the practice of subject services, from the view of value theory, this paper analyzes the value subjectivity, the social value of the subject services and the library self-value in the subject services, and emphasizes the library users’ leading nature in the value relationship between users and library, and the paper analyzes the value assessment mechanism in subject services, then it expects to provide a view and theoretical basis for subject service.
According to users’ perceived service quality theory, taking Tianjin academic libraries’ collaborative virtual reference service as a starting point, this paper establishes a influential factors model of Tianjin academic libraries’ collaborative virtual reference service quality, which is based on the users' perception, focus on the analysis of influential factors of service quality, and puts forward the corresponding suggestions to improve the perceived service quality.
Based on the WOK, the personalized knowledge service offered by university digital library mainly includes: the analysis service of trend towards disciplinary development, the track service of research fronts on the disciplinary area, the evaluation service of statistics and quality on research papers, and the analysis service of intelligence of institutional competitors. The established knowledge service model is consisted of three sections: the customization of user’s knowledge service requirement, the customization of service tactics, offering knowledge service, getting feedback from users and testing of the service quality. The service process primarily contains: the principle and application of resourceful tool, the organization and input of knowledge, the utilization and value of knowledge.

This paper analyzes the research methods of digital library promotion abroad based on a set of related research papers. The methods contain practical survey, theory study, and case study. The foreign digital libraries take a series of patterns to promote their resources and services. First they study requirements of different kinds of users, and acquire variety resources. Then they integrate the information and display them through different portals. Finally they provide personal and customized services, and propagandize digital library with other promotion methods.
