    On the basis of the analysis of the requirement of the knowledge management and innovation in the consulting company, firstly, the conclusion that both reverse innovation and crossover innovation could be used as an important direction of the knowledge innovation was put forward. Secondly, the characteristics of the knowledge innovation and the impediment of the innovation dynamics on the consulting company were expounded, where the effect on the consulting
    company which was produced by the reverse innovation was elucidated. Suggestions are finally present on the crossover development of the consulting enterprises, which was promoted by the reverse innovation.

    Based on overview of development of information technology of the minority languages of China, impo-rtance of information sharing is discussed, the status of sharing of digital information in minority languages is summarized, and the requirements of digital information sharing is analyzed.     The information ability is the basic operating ability of state- owned joint- stock banks, and the construction of its system is the basic strategy to raise bank 's information ability. The information ability system of stateowned joint- stock includes information strategic, information production ability, information retrieval ability, information application ability and information supporting ability. The empirical research reveals the internal mechanisms of information ability system, and finds its advantages and disadvantage, which may provide realistic theoretical guidance for the banks to foster information ability.
