    After reviewing the informatization assessment development in the last half- century and comparing the differences of assessment methods in different periods, this paper explores the primary causes for changing the assessment methods. In the past 50 years, the development of informatization assessment can be divided into three stages: in the initial stage, the assessment method was designed relying on the rational knowledge; the demand of assessment was pushed by the rapid development of ICT in the second stage; after the boom of ICT infrastructure development, informatization assessment currently becomes rational in social application.

    The integrity of personal credit information could be measured from two aspects, one of which is from the extent; the other is from the depth. The implementation strategies of ensuring the integrity of personal credit information in depth are three: the first is to select right collecting method flexibly to facilitate exchanging and sharing personal credit information, to enlarge information sources; the second is to make sure comprehensive collecting scope to achieve the integrity of personal credit information in content, source and character; the third is to apply principle of restriction in co-llecting personal credit information to protect privacy and ensure its timeliness. The three strategies above serve as-premise- core- condition. separately to ensure the integrity of personal credit information as irnplement system.

    Case laws both on US government information reuse and on US government information privacy protection in LexisNexis database are collected. On the ground of quantitative and qualitative analysis to them, the article points out key problems arising from US government information reuse practices and key rules of US law for these problems. The processes and results of these case laws show the advantages and disadvantages of US information laws in government information reuse, and whether they are effective to solve the problems.

    Serving the people of minority is the focus of library multi- cultural services in the western minority a-reas.     Co- link analysis is a kind of method which takes co- link frequency of enterprise. s websites as a scale to measure the resemblance between enterprises by putting the co - citation theory into the use of web- link structure analysis.
