    The paper accesses the CSSCI data from 2000 to 2012 in CNKI by topics accurate retrieval. Using word frequency analysis and social network analysis and mapping knowledge domain, this article presents academic’s focus and study for CSSCI. The results show that CSSCI literature as a whole is increasing, and the theory, method and application are shaped. Su Xinning, Ye Jiyuan, Deng Sanhong,etc. became the main authors. Besides, Nanjing University, Wuhan University, Dalian University of Technology are proved to be important institutions focus on CSSCI. LIS periodicals published maximum ratio of CSSCI documents. The misuses of CSSCI in academic management are discussed lastly.

    The paper proposes that the capture of social science information should be changed from the simulated data to the internet mass data, from data unity to data diversity and from manual search data to intelligent search data. It also proposes that the research perspective should be changed from literature data-processing to providing information for government decision-making, competitive intelligence for businesses and research frontier intelligence for the social science research. At the same time, intelligence value should be changed from extracting literature review to extracting relevant data in the aggregate principal and production tools should be changed from manual collection to custom machine collection. To achieve the above changes, the paper proposes the use of cloud computing and artificial intelligence technology and other tools to construct the Social Science Information Intelligent Monitoring Pick Platform to deal with the challenges from the needs of social science information in this big data era.

    Based on the survey of the existing single functional personal information management tools, the paper explains the prototype logic and concept of integrated personal information management tools, constructs and verifies the conceptual models of adoption willingness of integrated personal information management   tools. It is showed that the “efficiency”, “degree of satisfaction” and “security” have significant positive influences on “perceived usefulness”, have indirect effects to “willingness”; “Operability” has significant positive influence on “perceived ease of use”, has indirect effects to “willingness”.

    Based on the analysis of profit model of main industries of network information resource in China, such as industry of search engine, online music, online video, it shows that free consumption pattern becomes the main feature of consumption of network information resource and there are some contradictions among consumers, content providers, carriers and product. In the meantime, impetus and propulsion strategy of network information resource from the perspective of consumption should be explored, so as to perfect consumption pattern of network information resource, and promote the development of industry of network information resource ultimately, as well as to further research on consumption patterns of network information resource.

    In order to fully use big data resources to improve the quality of active service, this paper designed an access electronic document effective factors model in big data environment. The model aims to install the distributed data collection node plug-in, and it studies reader access to electronic documents, mining correlation important factors, and combined with timely electronic questionnaire, establishing access to electronic documents effectively factor mathematical model. Experiment shows the model active service achieves the desired effect.

    The article analyzed the necessity of building subject information service team in academy library, discussed the difference between information services staff and subject librarians and librarian's position. Based on experience in domestic counterparts, the author carried out the service models of the subject service team. Finally, an example was given and service team building effect was summarized.

     Through the comparative analysis of library APP mobile service between 45 university libraries in “985”and famous public libraries in China and the top 30 famous university library and public library in the world, the paper finds that our libraries exists some problems, including the number of APP mobile service is less, the contents of APP mobile service is not comprehensive, the targets of APP mobile service is not accurate, the imitation and convergence phenomenon of APP mobile service is obvious.The author proposes some countermeasures such as improving library APP mobile service awareness, building service comprehensive library of APP mobile services, constructing targeted and personalized library APP mobile service, developing APP mobile service measures by mobile technology,and providing knowledge modules for the APP service by the development of library resources

    Non-native library foundation is established and managed by agreement or project manager on the mainland. Bound by the two methods, project management of the foundation lacks of supervision, high operating costs, follow-on funding. The project agented by the public library will incorporate the library foundation into the main-branch library system in which include the county library and township Library, through the library system, the project's regulatory responsibilities, personnel costs, follow-on funding and specialized training will transfer to the county public libraries and township governments.
