The paper introduced the background ，Research profile and features of smart libraries.Then the development ，research hot spots and usages of knowledge visualization were analyzed. Based on the above discussion ，the paper raised the application flow model of knowledge visualization in smart libraries . Finally，some urgent problems need to be fixed were discussed .
The Web of Science platform was used for retrieval . Full and deep review was done on the foreign library collection visualization studies. It was found that library digital resource visualization researches were the most active.Relative researches were sorted and summarized from four dimensions，i.e. relevance prestentation visualization，query process visualization，search results visualization and visualization evaluation . Four trends were given based on the previous studies，i.e.library collection semantic relevance visualization，in-depth aggregation visualizations，developing professional visualization language and support new type data visualization.In the end，it is suggested that library collection visualization shall be improved form both technial perspective and information and library discipline methods.
Five Research focuses on library collections are as follow：information retrieval visualization based on ontology technology and visual data mining，visualization library information stystem based on GIS and RFID technology，information visualization technology in digital library ，visualization library knowledge service based on metadata and knowledge map，visualization ineraction design of OPAC system.Constructed visualization on collections aggregation mode based on semantic according to relationships of semantic，aggregation and visualization on collections.

At present, researches on the library guaranteeing public information access rights of vulnerable groups show that the library has special advantages of serving for vulnerable groups, serving for vulnerable groups is the important mean of social responsibility of the library, serving for vulnerable groups contributes to maintaining the social democracy and fair, reflecting the social inclusion. Therefore, for improving the ability of library guaranteeing public information access rights of vulnerable groups, we should construct the guarantee mechanism of public information access rights for vulnerable groups， provide public information services with direction, difference, high efficiency and operation; perfect the public culture service system of China, and reflect equalization of public culture，play the role of public space of the library actively, and improve the information literacy of vulnerable groups.
This papers analyzes 18 humanities and social science journals’ citation identity, based on data from CSSCI 2010. Conclusions include: firstly, journal citation identity indicators are not relevant to the journal impact factor, second, journal citation identity reveals journals’ characteristics of content, professional degree, journals’ usage of foreign and cross-disciplinary bibliographies, ability to absorb information.

This paper investigates the current situation of government administrative information service among domestic public libraries，which introduces Hu’nan Library’s practical work of monitoring public opinions named Media Overseas See Hu’nan as an example，to provide reference to fraternity librarier，especially help them to gather oversea media news.
