Internation Conference on Knowledge Management in Organization（KMO）is one of the highest level conference on knowledge management in the world wide. There are 53 full papers presented in the 7th KMO conference held in July 2012 in Salamanca，Spain. The paper reviews these conference papers，focusing on its research theories，methods，and themes，to reveal basic present situation and future research in knowledge management ，and also summarize some enlightenment of the conference to the research of knowledge management in China.
Based on the data from CSSCI，this paper constructed the author cross-citation network，and deeply analyzed the situation about knowledge communication and discipline structure in domestic information science field，then compared with the research status at abroad, The results revealed：the research subjects in this area could be divided into three classes including 9 subjects，while this classification is relatively obscure；scholars mostly involved in cross subjects，are not as specialized and profound as foreign scholars. Mutual recognition between domestic scholars have not reached the level of foreign；there are less two-way flow of knowledge，and one-way flow is also more limited in geographica proximity，cooperative or teacher-student relationship. Domestic scholars are more concentrated in subjects，such as Metrics，competitive intelligence，information resource management，and information retrieval research，with less focus on study of information security and analysis of market users, Comparing with the results of traditional author co-citation analysis，ACCA pays more attention to mutual interaction of currently active scholars and mainly to show the current research focus，revealing more dispersed results.
Integrated with theories of individual behavior formation in traditional behaviorism and features of SNS and its users, this paper analyzes formation principles and prcess of user knowledge contribution. And then it proposes mechanism model of user knowledge contribution. When researches the formation of contribution behavior, the authors analyze internal requirements and motives, external incentives, behavior intentions and the occurrence of contribution behavior.
Data Curation is an emerging frontier domain of library and information science，Chinese scholars have slightly different cognition of the concept of DC，it is necessary to redefine its Chinese translation. The basic features and values of DC are diverse，university library plays an important role in DC activities，and carries out the DC services in a variety of forms，and should seize the chance for development based on the chance of DC research，and the localization of DC services needs the guidance of advanced concepts of coordination and interaction.
The interest conflict of digital publishers and digital library have taken place in the current copyright trading mode，because digital publishers protect copyright excessively，ignore the quality of work，maximize economic benefits，but digital library pursues for rational use，reasonable pay，and abroad distribution. This paper analyzed the progress of digital resources convergence and digitalized convergent service of libraries，archives and museums at home and abroad，and summarized the status of lack of credible interaction mechanisms between users and service/resources in LAM digitalized convergent service . The adaptive automated trust negotiation model is trying to be established by means of trust negotiation and trust management , The paper discussed the progress of trust negotiation，the design of internal structure in access control policy，the structure of access control policy tree，and the marker and traversal of access control policy tree, Then，we designed the new trust ontology conceptual model on the basis of preliminary research results. The above model and designing ideas offered great help for the security of digital information resources and the formation of trusted interaction and network environment in the process of LAM digitalized convergent service.
Based on the domestic and international researches，the paper built user acceptance model origented mobile library by combining the characters of open questionnaire survey and technology acceptance model. The model confirmed seventeen variables such as technology acceptance，systematic characters，interface characters，individual difference，perceived enjoyment，perceived risk，perceived trust，perceived cost and social influence and so on as the theory variables, Through concrete variable analysis and empirical research，the dominant factors that influence users to accept mobile library service were discussed .
To examine students' online information search quality，the paper uses “Online Information Searching Strategy Inventory” developed by Tsai to evaluate students' information search behavior and strategies，and explores the factors influencing students' choices of search strategies, The results indivated that university students have the basic ability of online information searching，however，the high-level information searching strategies' performance is relatively low . The resuls of T-tests and ANOVA showed that male students' control，problem solving，purposeful thinking，select main ideas and evaluation strategies were significantly higher than that of female students , The findings suggested that high local style students tend to be higher purposeful thinking，verify and determine the value of information consciously to complete searching tasks effectively .
By analyzing the problems and influence factors of current inter-departmental information integration and sharing，this paper studies how to deploy the concepts，techniques and methods of knowledge management to achieve the integration and sharing of information resources across government departments. Several specific paths are designed with different goals oriented to provide government knowledge portal，to improve public services capacity，to maximize the value of the information resources，to meet the information needs of the public and optimize government information services，to foster efficient collaboration among multiple department to accomplish a single task . This paper creatively proposed and explored various paths to the integration and sharing of information resources among multiple departments, It is of significance to Chinese government in their real world practice to share and integrate information resources among different departments, Some suggestions are given to the implementation of inter-departmental government information integration and sharing .
