This paper analyzes the present research situation on the semantic aggregation of domestic and forgien linked data literatures. And in order to solve the problem of multi - dimension degree aggregation of digital library resources in the Semantic Web，this paper studies the advantages of the linked data in the semantic aggregation of digital resources，then proposes a strategy of semantic aggregation of digital resources based on the linked data，and provide useful reference tor the application of multi - dimensional library resources .

Taking all the literatures about information seeking behavior research in Web of Science since 1999 as the object of analysis，the development phases，research fields and main path are analyzed through citation analysis method . The nature of high - frequency words and the research hotspots are analyzed；the changes of research hotspots and research fronts are explored through word frequency analysis. The research hotspots are summarized through co - word analysis method which are mainly about the factor analysis and cluster analysis of high frequency keywords .
In this paper，we use the actor network theory to guide the investigation of the operation mechanism of CALIS from the angle of information management . We attempt to analyze the operation mechanism and the present situation of CALIS. The result shows the existing problems mainly come from the lack of funding . ignoring the user - centered resource construction，paying less attentions to technical support，etc .
