This paper conducted a quantitative analysis on the papers published from founding start of Scientometrics. Firstly, the authors combined the international important events in scientometrics field since 1978, departed the evolution of scientometrics discipline into three stages: early stages of development, maturing period and golden period of development,and reviewed for each stage of scientometrics development course, using regression analysis, the authors got the growth characteristics and the fitting curve at each stage. Secondly, this paper conducted a visual analysis on geographical distribution and dispatch agencies of scientific productivity in the field of scientometrics, the authors got that growth characteristics and the fitting curve at each stage. As a fourth model of the scientific research, the proposal of data intensive scientific discovery has provided a new contemporary opportunity for the innovation of research models in humanities and social sciences. Following this way of thinking, and based on key words of over 90000 related theses in CSSCI in 2013, this paper describes from three level of macro, medium and micro perspectives the major problems and challenges facing various fields of study in China's humanities and social sciences, i.e., development background of each discipline. It also gives a brief discussion of some features and patterns of data intensive scientific discovery in modern humanities and social sciences, in the hope of offering help to scholars of other branch of learning as they make better use of existing knowledge in conducting more efficient research.
This paper analyzes the limitations of traditional Bibliometrics methods in the field of Humanities and Social Sciences, introduces the Altmetrics, points out that the application value of Altmetrics for Humanities and Social Sciences，and thinks that as the frontier of scientific metrology, Altermetrics has a variety of problems and challenges, but also provides a broad research space for the evaluation system of academic influence.
The authors proposed the big coocurrence conception,investigated the members and the secondary members belong to big coocurrence, carded their functions, historical development line, etc. Then the authors analyzed the general situation of big coourrence in the view of author, organization. Finally the authors used Ucinet to draw the author coourrence network and key word coourrence network for a macroscopical understanding of the development situation of big coourrence.

In this paper, the intelligent analyzing model of logistics information based on cloud clustering mining is constructed. KNN algorithm is used as an example to explore the parallel analyzing algorithm of logistics information clustering and its implementation. And the Map function and Reduce function of MapReduce parallelization is designed. Finally, the advantages and application of the intelligent analyzing method of logistics information based on cloud clustering mining are analyzed.
After a review of the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) and the privacy calculus theory, an integrated model is proposed to explain online health information disclosure intention. Through analysis of 237 valid questionnaires by SPSS20.0 and AMOS 20.0 software, this paper tests the hypotheses. The results show that users爷perceived benefit (including personalized services and emotional support) and users爷perceived cost (privacy concerns) have significant impact on users‘ information disclosure attitude. Users’ information disclosure attitude, norm of reciprocity and perceived behavior control have significant impact on users爷information disclosure intention.
After analyzing research data curation and embedded subject service, the article discusses the data curation from the aspects of theory and practice adopted by Oxford University, focuses on the Embedding Institutional Data Curation Services in Research (EIDCSR) project. Based on EIDCSR project the article studies about how to launch research data curation better in embedded subject service. Finally, suggestions are brought out from the perspective of process, staff, and platform for launching research data curation service in China.
By using literature review and desktop study, the authors research and analyze the DMP policies promulgated by major foreign research funding agencies. Studies have shown that foreign DMP policies mainly contain data selection and identification (including data descriptions, data rights, metadata standards, data governance, data retrieval), data storage and preservation (including storage format, storage location, storage period, data backup, data security), data sharing and dissemination (including data sharing, rights management, ethics and privacy), etc. The authors recommend that DMP policies fit the national conditions of China to be made on the basis of foreign DMP policies and field survey in the future.
This article analyzes the international think tank research situation using analytic method of CiteSpceⅢ based on the literatures included in the Web of Science core collection, the results show that the core authors are mainly from US and British and other developed countries, the most influential scholars are Stone D., Abelson D. E. and Mcgann J. G.; the important knowledge sources are mainly written by Rich A., Abelson D. E., Smith J. A. and Stone D.; the research hotspots are global governance, scientific & technological development and neoliberalism; the research fronts that need to be specially concerned includes climate change, public health, education policy and institutional reform.
Based on TAM, network externalities theory, theory of trust, and interviews with practice, this paper builds a theory model of personal cloud storage users爷adoption, and lunches an empirical study with questionnaires. The results show that the highest impact on the adoption intention is network externality, followed by perceived usefulness, personal creativity, perception of trust, perceived ease of use and subjective specification. The most significant indirect impact is cloud storage feature, followed by awareness and perceived risk. Finally, practical recommendations are proposed from the personal cloud storage product design, marketing strategy, market regulators and users based on the research findings.
From a micro respective, this paper shows the process of digitalization and networklization of scientific and technical reports since the mid-1990s, which has been led by the federal government and participated in by a number of NGOs, universities and enterprises. The paper summarizes the major events, working mechanisms, outcomes and problems of the process, finding significant changes in the services of the US government scientific and technical reports: from mere storage to real-time services, from passive reply to active guiding services, from extensive management to delicacy services, from solitary construction to cooperative construction, from resource dispersing to resource integrating, and from internal use to open access.
Illustrated by the example of ProQuest Company, the author analyzes the foreign utilization model of dissertations and theses from the following four aspects: the collection of dissertations and theses, copyright policy, distribution restriction and profit model. With the feature of domestic postgraduate education system, the results of the analysis can be summarized as the following four points: First, advisor, postgraduate education institution and country should be the copyright owner, too. Second, the government should build the national level centralized database of full-text dissertations and theses. What爷s more, we should establish the mechanism, from which we can collect dissertations and theses through administrative way mainly while commercial way auxiliary. Last but not least, we should set up the service model of dissertations and theses, in which the government provides basic non-profit service, while the database supplier provides value-added service.
Based on the review of the literature on studies of think tanks, this paper presents that the influence of think tanks is the reflection of abilities of think tanks, and explains the constitute elements of think tanks. The paper also summarizes the existing problems and their causes of our think tanks construction. In the end, the paper gives the ways to build the abilities of think tanks.
This paper summarizes the problems of big data privacy, and analyzes the deficiency of the existing privacy protection mechanism. From the perspective of information lifecycle theory, the connotation and characteristics of big data privacy are defined. Then, the risk management framework of big data privacy is designed by the demand analysis of active protection. At last, the implementation of function modules such as life cycle model, risk assessment
and provenance accountability of big data privacy are discussed in detail. At last, the privacy protection analysis of library users is proposed from perspective of risk assessment.
