    By combing development dimension of information resources dependence and collaboration dimension of wisdom cooperation,the paper analyzes transformation development history and restriction factor of think tank develop?ment, and clarifies that inadequacy of information resources assurance and wisdom cooperation are serious factors of re?stricting think tank decision-making consultation level, and concludes that networking transformation is the only way for think tank development and the important driving force of ascending think tank ability.

    This paper collected the citing category data of the year from 2007 to 2014 under Library and Information Science subject category from the JCR(Social Sciences Edition) database and analyzed the LIS interdisciplinary prob?lems by three indicators: citation rate, Brillouin index and elastic coefficient. An overview of interdisciplinary journal citation and yearly analysis showed the main related social sciences and the most cited journal sources; although differ?ent social sciences reflected different citation trends, there were similar diversity to journal citation; yearly elastic coef?ficient was used to analyze the relation between the citation changes of cited subjects and the total citation of LIS, and it revealed the different trends of the promotion effects of knowledge contribution to LIS disciplinary.

    Using TOE as a framework, referring innovation diffusion, resource dependence, institutional theory , na?tional culture and trust theory, a model of factors affecting citizens’channel choice of access to government information is proposed from technology ,organization ,and environment, and is analyzed by multiple regression. The results show the nine factors, such as perceived usefulness, and perceived ease of use are the key factors influencing citizens’chan?nel choice.

    This paper analyzes the illegal operation behavior of the network service, introduces the game evolution the?ory to analyze the relationship of network service providers and the interests of the copyright owner and network service providers, get the relevant elements of the game evolution, finally, the consistency between the SD model and evolution?ary game model is verified. Results shows that the static penalty mechanism makes the network service providers to re?duce the operating rate of the violation, but it presents fluctuations, punishment mechanism combined with multiple fac?tors can effectively control the illegal operation rate of the network service providers. The research results provide a fea?sible reference for the further reduction of copyright risk of network information resources.

    This paper explored antecedents and influential effect of community users’continuous usage intention based on ECM-ISC and commitment trust theory. Through data collection of users’attitude and intention from crowd?sourcing communities like Witkey, the authors empirically studied the theoretical model and had some conclusions. Re?sults indicate that satisfaction, commitment and habits of behaviors are the three key factors impacting users’continu?ous usage; and satisfaction is the most significant factor; trust has a mediate coordination function; perceived usefulness has a crucial influence on satisfaction in ECM, and expectation-confirmation and perceived entertainment both have a positive impact on satisfaction.

    From perspectives of demand types and gender differences, the paper analyzes characteristics of users’on?line health information retrieval behaviors. Then, situational simulated experiment tasks and questionnares are de?signed to collect research data. After dividing users’health information demand into three types: health care informa?tion, doctor seeking information, disease inquiring information, the authors analyze and sum up users’health informa?tion retrieval behaviors characteristics respectively in retrieval query stage, process stage and result stage and gender differences are put into consideration. Results show that under different retrieval tasks users’retrieval query modes and behavior processes show dramatic differences. And, gender differences have a significant impact on users’behav?ior patterns of the whole information retrieval process.

    Discipline location analysis such as discipline clusters determination, discipline monitoring and discipline superiority judgment was discussed in terms of citation analysis and alerting based on the databases of ESI(Essential Science Indicators)and InCites. The model of discipline location quotient for 22 subjects from database of ESI was also constructed, and the empirical research was conducted as the case of 12 colleges and universities in Shanghai. Besides, the relation between the discipline location quotients of 12 colleges & universities and the minimum finalists top 1% of the world subject was studied,which will be used as library data support services by the model of micro services. The models on practice of library service in discipline innovative service were discussed in order to provide the theoretical basis and data support for the construction of university disciplines

Through the interpre?tations of the background and core content of the report, this paper puts forward some suggestions over several fields such as improving the strategic planning and analysis ability of the library, promoting the application of new media tech?nology in the domestic library, strengthening the library service capacity building.

    This paper concludes the research progress of job seekers’social networking behaviors for four research streams: namely economics, sociology, industrial/organizational psychology and information management, and classifies the research topics into two categories including job seekers’offline social networking behaviors, which is summarized as the measurement, antecedence and influences on employment outcomes, and job seekers’online social networking behaviors, which is summarized as the survey of social media usage, the motivations, self-disclosure behavior and the influences on job-searching. Then this paper proposes several noteworthy research directions for the future study.

    Taking the Zhihu.com for example, this paper investigated the form of social network in socialized Q&A,and analyzed the characteristics of the opinion leaders. The authors collected 1765 users in Zhihu.com and drew a so?cial net picture among them. According to the density and centrality, the authors described the characteristic of the net and opinion leaders.
