This paper collects domestic and foreign relevant papers about Internet public opinion and uses documen?tal analysis, quantitative research and knowledge graph to make a comparative and visual analysis of domestic and for?eign Internet public opinion from origins and development, hotspot trends and methods. As for research trend, it shows that the number of papers about Internet public opinion in social media era is increasing year by year. Furthermore, in the sight of hotspot, research abroad chiefly about users’behavior and propagation characteristic of Internet public opinion in different social media. While domestic research mainly focus on propagation and evolution laws of Internet public opinion in social media. In the future, big data analysis method of Internet public opinion in social media era and Internet public opinion propagation in the mobile context will be the frontier issues in its research development.
Based on information ecological factor, this paper proposes four factors influencing mobile consumers' con?text information sharing behavior, namely context information sharing benefit, context information sharing risk, informa?tion context interaction and information technology promotion, and builds the“mobile consumer context information sharing behavior influencing factors model”. The empirical results indicate that the model has good reliability and valid?ity; context information sharing benefit and information context interaction have positive effects on consumers' context information sharing intention however context information sharing risk has a negative effect. Information technology pro?motion and consumers' context information sharing intention have positive effects on consumers' context information sharing behavior. The analysis of the information sharing behavior in the user's information consumption in the mobile nvironment plays an important role in guiding the consumption intention and improving the mobile consumer service. This paper puts forward some suggestions for the improvement of mobile consumer application services.
Construction of new media information awareness, new media information knowledge and other eight firstlevel indicators and new media information sensitivity, new media information application awareness and other 25 sec?ondary indicators, and the weight of each evaluation index is determined by AHP, and the fuzzy comprehensive evalua?tion method is used to evaluate the new media information literacy. The results of data analysis show that the evaluation index of new media information literacy which is constructed from three dimensions:“information, information technolo?gy and information environment”has certain practicability and operability.
This article mainly discusses the knowledge structure evolution within the territory of open data judgment conditions, the evolution process of the knowledge structure and the reasons of the evolution of knowledge structure. Us?ing logarithmic likelihood value to determine whether the high frequency keywords has significant changes in the differ?ent time dimension to measure whether the knowledge structure have evolved; through factor analysis and social net?work analysis to reveal the evolution of knowledge structure; through the qualitative analysis to summarize the cause of the evolution of knowledge structure. The results are that firstly，the logarithmic likelihood value is a measure of knowl ?edge structure evolution of judgment method. Secondly，knowledge structure evolution process: data sharing to open ac?cess and data mining and linked data gradually to the electronic government affairs, privacy protection, open govern?ment data, open data policy research. Thirdly，the research in the fields of open data is driven by its environmental changes, i.e. project to the development of the technology then transit to policy.
The paper constructs the network public opinion crisis rating evaluation matrix based on the model constitu?tion dimension, then defines the priority computing method. Taking the cases of“Zhang Kunsheng’s removal for seri?ous discipline offence”and“the clerk of Social Security Bureau skimmed off nine million pension”, the paper evaluates the network public crisis rating to prove the rationality and validity of the network public opinion crisis rating evalua?
tion model.
The purpose of this paper is to discuss the influence of fast development of ICT and emergence of the fourth paradigm on scholarly communication model under collaborative research environment, and to find opportunities and route for improvement. Data are collected by interviews, and analyzed based on ground theory. The results show that, scientists and researchers are changing their communication behaviors, whose extent differentiates by research field
and communities. The open, collaborative and diversified prospect of scholarly communication calls for institution of in?formation and infrastructure plan and service change of public information institutions.
The rise of the fourth paradigm brings new challenges and opportunities for researches in information analy?sis related fields. This paper analyzed the effects of the fourth paradigms on information analysis from the perspectives of theoretical dimensions, methods dimensions and practice dimension based on the discussion of the challenges to the informatics discipline under the fourth paradigm. The paper also proposed strategies to information analysis from the perspective of theoretical system construction, analysis technology improvement and data information management.
This paper firstly analyzes the current research status of MVS（Mobile Visual Search）in the field of library, discusses the users’demands in the process of MVS in smart library from four perspectives of user, knowledge, context and service, then constructs mobile visual search service model of smart library, and proposes mobile visual search technology framework of smart library for solving three key issues of ROI localization, semantic gap and context fusion.
Facing the challenges and opportunities of the rapid development of external environment, the libraries need transform from idea and management to service. The libraries must change traditional collections management in order to release space. Through integrating Western Regional Storage Trust and referencing the experience and method of it, the paper introduces and analyzes the background，general situation, objective, retention scope, holdings grades, retention deadline, management mechanism, performance mechanism of WEST and so on. It provides some suggestion about cooperation storage to libraries in our country from five fields, which will promote the scientific development of cooperation storage in China.
The literature about open government data in Europe are summarized and the features of open government data in Europe are discussed from four aspects-policy, fund, training and evaluation. Then it analyzes the cooperation mode of European open government data and the way of data sharing-data portal, including data source integration, da?ta release, data utilization and license agreement. Finally the useful experiences were put forward, which were the data
open and privacy protection balance, special funds, specialized personnel training, improvement of data management and platform assessment.
Based on the function optimization idea of ATM reference model and the concept of "dynamic develop?ment", this paper expounds the demands of the development and design of interactive functions of digital library microservice context from the perspective of interaction and context. And through the analysis of the development dynamic and feedback mechanism of interactive function of digital library micro–service context, this paper puts forward the en?hanced path and strategy of the interactive function of digital library micro–service context from the aspects of func?tional dimension refinement and functional level development.

By means of the methods of field work and literature investigation, this paper summarized the main re?search fields ofthe Centre for Science and Technology Studies(CWTS) and Centre for Research & Development Monitor?ing(ECOOM), analyzed their research characteristics and development patterns. Suggestions are put forward that infor?mation institutions should concentrate on basic theory research, team building, database construction, and platform de?velopment for information products publicity, and based on them the author also maintained service objects expansion and service diversification, strengthening international academic exchanges and cooperation.
