    In view of the lack of research on the aging of public opinion information in microblogging, the authors use microblogging public opinion information to evaluate the aging of public opinion information of microblogging, and construct the microblogging public opinion information aging model to provide microblogging public opinion information computational support. The asymmetric Lorentz curve model and the analytic hierarchy process were used to construct the microblogging public opinion information aging model, and the two guides were used as an example to return the model to verify the reliability of the model. The regression results show that the microblogging public opinion information aging model can better express the microblogging public opinion information aging situation, and effectively calculate the peak time;the same type of unexpected events between the peak time is closer.

    This paper takes the emotional dimension space of network public opinion informationas the research object, and according to the A-V-P psychological model, the three-dimensional structure and content of the emotional dimension spacewere studied. Then, the multi-dimensional and multi related emotional dimension space was constructed, and the content, semantics and relevance of the solid elements in each dimension of the subspace were analyzed.These can improve the efficiency and accuracy of public opinion analysis, monitoring and early warning.

    This paper expounds the influence of psychological distance theory on the tendency of network public opinion. Combined with specific examples of network public opinion, the paper makes in-depth case analysis from four dimensions of psychological distance, including temporal distance, spatial distance, social distance and hypotheticality.The results showed that the closer the psychological distance was, the more likely it was to have a positive tendency to disseminate.It also showed that the four dimensions of psychological distance indeed have influence on the dissemination tendency, and lay the foundation for the further dimension measurement research.

    This paper analyzes the dissemination process of multimedia network public opinion and the affecting factors of the evolution of public opinions, and creates the indicators. The indicators were screened by correlation analysis and principal component analysis. The weights of the indicators were determined by the BP neural network based on ge? netic algorithm, and the initial control parameters and the public opinion crisis grade were determined by using Delphimethod and SPSS analysis method. This paper took the case of South Korea SA as an example to construct a monitoring systemofmultimediapublicopinioncrisis,soastomonitorthepublicopinioninatimely,impartialandobjectivemanner.

    This paper discusses the open data policies of western developed countries on the ideas, significance and objective, principles, standards, topics, measures, and executive structure of open government data. This paper believes that the Action Outline of Promoting Big Data Development is a kind of strategically policy but the action plans of open data in western development countries are tactical and specific policies, if we want to realize the objective of the Action Outline of Promoting Big Data Development, we need to make the action plan of open data. This paper puts forward the principles and measures that we should hold in the tactical policies of open data on the basis of the comparison of the open data policies in western developed countries.

    The data continuity security mechanism for knowledge discovery was constructed to ensure the availability,credibility and controllability of data. The research provided theoretical support for the further research of data continuity. Firstly, the connotation of data continuity was expounded. Then, the horizontal dimension of data continuity security mechanism included data preparation, data analysis and result display. The vertical dimension included linked data level, dataspace level and data provenance level, and the function modules of each level were designed in detail. The mechanism improved the data continuity management from the perspective of subject-related and principal-related fu? sion, and the data provenance technology ran through the whole process of knowledge discovery.

    Based on the user experience, to the university mobile library service quality as the object of study, through literature analysis, group discussion and expert interviews, the paper designs the service quality evaluation system of university mobile library, including 5 evaluation factors and 22 evaluation indexes; then, research team conducted a questionnaire survey about users of 6 university mobile libraries in Wuhan and Nanjing., and the reliability, validity and factor analysis of the index system is verified. The results show the evaluation system that constructed in this paper has high reliability and validity, reasonable structure, and provides theoretical support for the evaluation of the service quality of mobile library in universities.

    Through literature collection at home and abroad and content analysis, the paper reveals deeply the theory model and the influence factors of the existing personal cloud service research by the methods of summarization, comparative analysis and others. The paper finds that the characteristic that existing researchers construct personal cloud service adoption behavior model includes the combination, extension and integration model. According to the attributes, the factors are divided into individual characteristic factors, technical characteristics factors, social characteristics factors, quality characteristics factors as well as economic factors. According to the direction, the influencing factors are divided into impetus and hindering factors. According to the principle, the influencing factors are distributed into direct and indirect factors and a combination of the two. A future research proposal is brought forward,we should construct the users adoption model in terms of the domestic current practical status of personal cloud service, consider the research of innovation resistance, explore user behavior transformation mechanism as the time continues, incorporate economic factors in the analysis of the influence.

    Based on in-depth interviews with 38 general public, we survey and analyze that their online health information search tasks, referring to a faceted approach to task conceptualization. The paper concludes that users’search task of online health information can be divided into two dimensions: generic facet of task and common attributes of task, the former includes task source, goal, topic, length, frequency, phase, behavior and product, and the latter includes task urgency, importance, complexity, difficulty, experience and expectation; Different task types can be classified into different context. In the end, a theoretical model for the classification of online health information search tasks is constructed in this paper.

    On the basis of interpretation of the conceptual relationship between digital humanities and library, this paper reveals the possible functions and roles in digital humanities research workflow, constructs the embedded digital humanities data service model and demonstrates the specific services. The research shows that the service system embedded in the digital humanities research workflow includes five aspects that are data literacy education, data navigation, data management plan, data curation with data value added as target, digital scholarly publishing.

    With the adoption of literature analysis, Citespace visualized analysis was made in the paper of smart library Chinese core periodicals involved in CNKI database. Relevant concepts and relations involved in the literatures were sorted out. The paper summed up three major components of smart library, namely technology, librarian and service management. Also some representative libraries were listed in the paper. It argued that the smart library should make improvement in uniform technological standards, information security and intellectual property. Besides, it proposed suggestions and prospects to such problems, expecting to open up new ideas for further building and studies of smart libraries.

    In this paper, the case study is used to analyze the characteristics of research evaluation service at the University of New South Wales Library from the aspects of service type, user training, support platform, staffing, partnerships, marketing and publicity. UNSW Library has now constructed a research impact cycle-oriented service system, built an integrated support platform, combined the visible and invisible user training methods, set up a professional service team, promoted the service collaboratively, and marketed the service in various ways. Domestic university libraries should draw lessons from UNSW Library from the following aspects: developing research evaluation service with a more holistic view, strengthening librarian’s training, attaching great importance to user demand, seeking innovative changes of services in a changing environment.
