In this paper, the principal component regression method was used to analyze the relationship between the 11 characteristics of biology, physical mechanics and geology, and the cited of journals. The study found journal size and journal spread, that is , paper quantity, national proportion, the number of articles, the number of institutions, the number of cited journals had a strong correlation with the cited; Funding ratio, citation half-life, average citation quantity had a weak effect on the cited; Publication delay had no significant correlation with journal citation. Moreover, there are disciplinary differences in the relationship between journal characteristics and citation.
This paper introduces some of new ideas in the application of academic influence evaluation of scholars. Inorder to balance the contribution of the author to the article, we introduce the author's contribution rate on the basis of academic trail, and solve the problem that different authors make the different contribution, so as to evaluate more accurately on the academic influence of scholars.
This paper analyzes and summarizes the foreign research on open government data and their existing data quality. It is found that foreign research of open government data mainly focuses on the related technical research, influencing factor analysis and application research in the opening of government data; the research on data quality of openng government mainly includes the data quality indicators and measurement, data quality assessment methods, and case studies of data quality assessment, etc., which has a strong application characteristics. This study can provide guidance and basis for promoting the opening of government data and ensuring the data quality of open government in China.
As a set of articles which means milestones in the process of discipline development according to the time order,“academic chain”reflects the great value and significance of academic inheritance and it’s a new method to assess the scientific paper’s academic influence. How to distinguish between citation with academic inheritance and general reference is the key to identify and determine the academic chain. So there is a methodology frame to recognize the node of the“academic chain”by finding the citation with academic inheritance which constructed by the analysis of external characteristics (the analysis of long-term citation and highly cited/co-citation) and the content characteristics(citation in full-text). The 2014 Nobel Prize in chemistry can be an example to verify its feasibility.
Co-citation analysis mainly includes document co-citation analysis, author co-citation analysis, and journal co-citation analysis. They are frequently-used methods in mapping knowledge domains. As an alternative exploration in mapping knowledge domains, this paper expands traditional co-citation methods into Keyword Co-citation Analysis (KCA). The basic steps of KCA include data collection, raw keyword co-citation matrix construction, correlation matrix transformation, and knowledge domain mapping and results interpretation. The results based on network analysis and MDS-measurement show that KCA has a good performance in mapping knowledge domains and depicting scientific intellectual structures; meanwhile, it has satisfying clustering results.
In the long-term preservation practice of digital academic resources，the idea of hierarchical preservation has been widely applied. Starting with the diversified development trend of hierarchical preservation of digital academic resource，the article comparatively studies the hierarchical preservation condition of digital academic resources at home and abroad，andputs forward the constructinghierarchical preservation model of digital academic resources in China.
By searching the related papers at home and abroad, this paper analyzes the current concept of health information seeking behavior, research field and its effect on health behavior, and provide a theoretical basis for the subsequent empirical research.Health-seeking behavior resulted in health promotion and disease risk reduction.In addition, it led to predicting the future probable burden of the diseases, facilitation of the health status, early diagnosis, complete and effective treatment, and complication control.Health information seeking behavior may bring some negative influence to the society and the individual. The main negative effects are health anxiety (Cyberchondria), aggravating medical andpatientconflicts,andinfluencingmedicaldecision makingandmedicaleffects,wastingmedicalresourcesandsoon.
The model is proposed, which bases on flow theory that simultaneously examines factors influencing citizens’ attainment of flow experience in online access to government information and the impacts of flow on their continuance use intention, and its rationality is validated through the research of demonstration. The results identifies the balance between challenges and skills of the task, clear goals on task, and immediate feedback on tasks are significant factors influencing citizens’flow experience in online access to government information. Perceived hedonic value, perceived utilitarian value and satisfaction plays the most important mediating role transmitting the effects of flow on uses’continuance use intention.
Based on the literature reviews of Library, Archives and Museums (LAM) resource integration and research of Mobile Visual Search (MVS) technology in the field of LAM, the authors introduce some representative application cases of MVS in LAM integration service and concluded the characteristics. The authors point out the service model of MVS based on LAM integration service from six levels: integration of digital resource based, visual information retrieval technology driven, customer live service as the object, image information as the intermediary entity, immediate combined use of objects and digital resources, multi-source knowledge discovery and use.
Based on the literature retrieval and analysis, this paper makes a review of researchers’cognition, attitude,status and affecting factors of participative behavior towards self-archiving. The results show that, the cognition and status of participative behavior are less-than-ideal, while the situation improved gradually. By contrast, researchers have positive attitude towards self-archiving. Supporting the idea that research output should be open access, and improving research performance have promoting effect on self-archiving, while the barriers include little understanding, anxious about the copyright conflict and quality etc. In addition, there is disciplinary difference in the participative behaviors of self-archiving.
Taking the relevant documents in CNKI database as a sample before 2015, based on the methods of keywords co-word analysis, the knowledge map drawing & the key documents reading, and with the help of document analysis software——CiteSpace V, this paper draws the knowledge map of evolution process and discusses the research situation in knowledge service in China. It is found that: first of all, the researches of knowledge service in China have formed discipline system themselves, which is an important research in the field of knowledge management. The next, the evolution process’s knowledge map can show research status clearly, which contains three stages such as start-up stage, rapid growth stage and mature development stage. Then, the research shows us stage stability and time variation of research hot-spots, time stamp of research content, and classic of research paradigm & multivariate of research method. The last, the construction and implementation of ecological complex scientific system research, and the application of technology innovation of intelligent service and change research, and the transformation and expansion of social service research, and the "Chinese context" research, and so on, are becoming the research and development direction of our country's knowledge service in the future.
This paper proposes a development model for social think tank through the perspective of brand awareness, reputation and loyalty, based on the theory of brand competitiveness, and on the basis of fully understanding the present situation and features of social think tank in China.The paper illustrates the important significance of developing the brand of social think tank，and puts forward some strategies and suggestions for the development of society think tank.
The article focuses on the evolution of the role of data librarians and career skills requirements, then, puts forward some suggestions on the future development of university data librarians. In the stage of the subject librarians as well as data librarian, the data services should be supported in terms of data literacy, mastering data materials and statistical analysis methods, and data communication and training. Next, the core skills of the data librarian should be analyzed, including general data skills and disciplinary data skills. Finally, three suggestions are put forward for the career development of university data librarians, which include data librarian job settings, data literacy education and training for data service skills.
The application idea and idea of digital twins in digital construction of material cultural heritage are put forward.
