  Based on the literature review, the paper shows that the research topics, research paradigms and methods are all changed in the area of "Chinese Studies" in North America in the past century. And the authors suggest that the expansion of research topics and the transformation of research methods, broadened the horizon of "Chinese Studies", it is crucial to the sustainable development of think tanks. The ability to contribute valuable and feasible research methods is one of the important factors for raising broad influence of think tanks.

  This paper adopts the method of case study to analyze the development path of Club of Rome, further points out that agenda setting has a significant impact on the internationalization of high-end think tanks. Finally the paper clarifies that international vision，global perspective and an improvement of sensitivity and foresight of topic selection and agenda setting is all required for Chinese think tanks, which in turn endow them discourse power on the world stage and an enhancement of their international influence.

  Based on the analysis of the difficulties in the construction of the think tank evaluation system, this paper summarizes the current situation of the think tank evaluation in China. Through the study of the methods and characteristics of foreign think tank evaluation system, this paper explores the solution path of the problem in the process of constructing the evaluation system of the think tank. This paper puts forward the construction model of the think tank evaluation system in China, which is composed of government agencies, industry associations, think tanks themselves and the third-party organizations.

  Based on the derivative concept in differential calculus, this paper proposes to use the citation derivative to identify the sleeping beauty literature, so as to enrich the method system for identifying the sleeping beauty literature. The 7553 journal articles published in the field of WOS "information science & library science" from 1998 to 2003 were selected as the research objects. The derivative function of Origin was used to calculate the citation derivatives and identify the sleeping beauty literature. Through comparison experiments, it is found that compared with the rate of citation, the citation derivative has a better recognition effect on the sleeping beauty literature with high influence, deep sleep and strong arousal intensity.

  This paper first analyzed the stakeholders involved in the various stages of the data life cycle and their interest appeal relationship, then discussed respectively the relevant policies and regulations related to opening scientific data and protecting personal data, and summarized the key points of policy synergy observation between the two types of policy groups for each stage of the data life cycle, and finally investigated and analyzed the policy synergy between the two types of policy groups introduced in China. Based on the relevant policy contents of personal data protection in the open scientific data policies formulated by foreign major stakeholders, the current open scientific data policies in China should be adjusted and improved according to the newly introduced personal data protection laws.

  According to analyzing the related literature regarding the privacy policies of American intelligence fusion center, the legislation and judicial precedents concerning the protection of privacy, it is outlined how American fusion centers evolve and what is the existing models in the face of the protection of privacy rights. It is summarized that the privacy protection principles must be obeyed in the process of intelligence fusion. It is inevitable that American intelligence fusion can switch from emphasizing national security to striving for a balance between seeking national security and protecting individual privacy in a relatively short time, yet it is notable that America still faces the great challenge of protecting the privacy rights of citizens in the future intelligence fusion process.

  The model of influencing factors on network community users’continuance information sharing behavior is established based on the UTAUT model and the theory of perceived value. Through the empirical research of questionnaire and Structural Equation Modeling(SEM), we use AMOS to conduct data analysis and the model applicability is tested. Results confirm that information perceived usefulness and social influence positively affect network community users’information sharing attitude, while effort expectancy has no impact on users’attitude. Meanwhile, information infrastructure perception and information sharing attitude have positive impact on network community users’continuance information sharing behavior.

  By questionnaire survey online, this paper investigates and analysis the Wechat users’relationship between individuals and groups, as well as the boundary of their private space through the empirical analysis method. The results showed that the WeChat promotes the relationship between individuals and groups, in individual relationship, classmates and family members are the most and the highest degree of intimacy relationships; in groups, users prefer to communicate with close friends, when the intimacy is moderate, the common interests is the main factor to maintain the group relationship. In private space, the high intimacy private space boundary is determined by the information content; the low intimacy private space boundary is divided by the needs of users’personal life. No matter what relationship is, the information content is the key point to the private space protection. To more intimate friends, the user divides bigger private space boundary and has higher tolerance for information intrusion. Based on the findings above, this paper puts forward some specific suggestions further.

  This paper discusses the necessity and possibility of the library alliance to use the small data to carry out user service based on the user perspective. Combining the goals and data of the library alliance, the data framework, user model and user personality of the library alliance based on small data are constructed. The related issues of implementing small data in the library alliance are discussed and corresponding strategies are proposed. This study provides a reference for the library alliance to realize data sharing and precision services.

  This paper interprets the connotation of Information Literacy as information literacy, and advocates that information literacy should be more prominent in terms of subjective quality and personality. For the first time, the concept of "information literacy chain" is put forward and its composition is expounded. Based on object, content, technology, information chain and extension dimension, a multi-dimensional relationship model of information quality chain is constructed. At the same time, information literacy can be evaluated scientifically by means of tools intervention, such as big data, artificial intelligence, cognitive computing, and emotional computing and so on.

  Combining a literature survey with a website survey, this paper analyzes the research status and implementation strategy of the Jisc Collections 's Total Cost of Publishing project in the United Kingdom.   Article summarizes the basic situation of digital scholarship support workshop and institute which the Association of Research Libraries has conducted, reveals the viewpoints and specific practices involved in digital scholarship support workshop of the north American university libraries from eight aspects, such as the basic idea of the digital scholarship center, planning, goals and strategy of digital scholarship center, the applications of library and other content collections in teaching, learning, and research,the governance of digital scholarship the institutionalization of digital scholarship. On the basis of this, the article puts forward some suggestions on how to promote the study and exchange of university libraries and the innovation of library service in university libraries.
