This article constructs a cooperative network of 11668 researchers in the field of international library and information science, and executes correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis on 7 network attributes and 5 academic performance indicators. The result shows that there is a correlation and influence between the scientific cooperation status and academic performance; the status of contacts and lasting cooperative relations have a positive impact on academic performance; the periphery position in cooperative groups has a negative effect on academic performance.

The present research uses community discovery algorithm to identify and extract the community structure inside the giant branches of domain knowledge networks. Through the calculation and analysis on inscape of knowledge communities, export of knowledge communities and lineage between communities, the time series dynamic tracking and analysis on evolution pattern and knowledge lineage characteristics of knowledge communities are carried out. The research results show that the domain knowledge networks are more non-connected in the process of evolution; the more mature the domain knowledge develops, the more frequently the knowledge cross-fusion between communities; the cross-fusion knowledge lineage mostly occurs between the knowledge communities within the giant branch.

This article constructs an interdisciplinary network covering 156 discipline orientations, and analyzes the interdisciplinary state of domain knowledge and the impact of interdisciplinary on the research status of domain knowledge. The results show that the interdisciplinary phenomenon in domain knowledge has a certain degree of small world characteristics and approximate scale-free distribution characteristics; the interdisciplinary has a strong positive correlation with the number of subject publications; the interdisciplinary is less relevant to high-level papers in domain knowledge.

This article screens high-level authors in academic area based on different evaluation indicators, and analyzes the scientific cooperation mode between high-level authors from different perspectives. The results show that the authors of library and information discipline have a higher level cooperation, but the cooperation of researchers tends to small-scale scientific cooperation; the scientific cooperation between high-level authors is close which authors with more articles, the scientific cooperation between authors of the high-p index is the most sparse, the scientific cooperation between authors of the high-h index is the most strong, the scientific cooperation between authors of the high-p index is the most vulnerable.

This study analyzes one national and nine local Artificial Intelligence (AI) policy and planning texts published by different provinces and cities at different development levels. The purpose is to reveal the topic structure and features in the texts. The results indicate: basic research and key technology is important motivation of AI industry; the demonstration project of AI application is a key component of policies; the provinces and cities make AI development planning based on the development of economic foundation, industry structure, and social cultural characteristics. The distribution of topics is obviously different. The study also indicates that there are no salient relationships between cooccurrence network similarity and the development levels in AI industry.

Based on co-occurrence analysis theory, this study uses data samples from CNKI, combines various social network analysis and visualization tools such as SCI2、Pajek、Louvain、Vosviewer and Cortext to describe thematic correlated structures, dynamic evolution process in OGD research in China. Findings indicate that (1) research focus on egovernment, big data, public data, security, credit information, and data quality, studies concentrated on e-government, big data and public data are important and immature, studies focusing on security are significant and well developed and mature, and research on data quality and credit information system is highly developed but marginal. (2) OGD research is imbalanced in theme distribution and research direction; the evolution of several themes is clear while discontinued and isolated themes existing. (3) the government policy exerts great influences on research of OGD in China; research on policies and law needs to be refined and technical research needs to be enhanced; the research on data literacy instructions needs to be promoted.

Based on the journals of information science & library subject embodied by SSCI, this paper collects relevant data of three-year period (2015-2017) to calculate and construct a two-dimensional evaluation map of the journals’ academic trace; taking this journals as a sample, 3 primary indicators and 18 secondary indicators were used to systematically compare the correlation and independence between academic trace and influencing factors. The study found that academic trace is highly correlated with IF、Eigenfactor、Immediacy Index and H-index; but no relations with self-cited rate and OA(P>0.05); there are significant differences in academic trace among different divisions、subject attribution、
index system and publishing cycles, the Interdisciplinary and multi-collection system journals have better performance.

This study used field survey, second-hand data and interviews to obtain information on the cultural heritage of the Xiaohe Ancient Road. And it refers to the classification of the Convention Concerning the Protection of the World Cultural and Natural Heritage and the Cultural Relics Protection Law of the People's Republic of China (2017 Revision), which divide the cultural resources of the ancient cultural heritage into four categories: ancient cultural sites, ancient buildings, stone murals and others. Based on the international standard metadata standards Dublin Core and VRA Core, a set of metadata standards for ancient road cultural heritage information resources was designed to promote the digitization of the cultural resources of the Xiaohe Ancient Road to a certain extent, and to provide a kind of preservation of ancient cultural heritage information resources. The study also conducted an empirical analysis using the Xiaohe Ancient Road as an example, and tested the validity of the metadata standard constructed in this study to some extent.

Based on the research sample of WeChat users with heaviest and intermittent discontinuance behavior, the paper used the "situational experiment", and "depth interview" to obtain text information, then the open coding, axial coding and selective coding were used to extract four major affecting factors such as cognitive factors, emotional factors, contextual factors and individual factors and construct a theoretical model for the formation mechanism of intermittent discontinuance behavior. "Cognitive Factors - Emotional Factors - Behavioral Results" is the mainline process of the formation mechanism of users’intermittent discontinuance behavior in mobile social network, individual factors and
contextual factors play a role of moderate or direct influence. The combination of reducing negative use efficiency, increasing conversion costs, establishing a dynamic detection system for intermittent discontinuance behavior, and making personalized management schemes can reasonably and efficiently suppress intermittent discontinuance behavior and increase users’loyalty.
