This paper proposes three characteristic indexes of the measurement indicator based on the time series analysis method: the Timeliness index(T), Volatility index(V) and Sustainability index(P), and establish a characteristic identification model of measurement indicator based on three-dimensional scatterplot. It is used to study the dynamic change characteristics of ALM, and analyzes the role of different indicators at different time periods in evaluating the impact of paper. Taking the PLOS usage indicator, Scopus cited indicator, and Twitter discussion indicator of the PLOS website as examples, the top 50 highly cited papers of the 2016 journal PLOS ONE were selected as data samples for empirical research. It is found that the PLOS usage indicator has the characteristics of high timeliness, low volatility, and high persistence. The average usage of papers throughout the entire life cycle can be used as an academic indicator. Scopus cited indicator with low timeliness, high volatility, and high persistence feature can be used as a indicator in medium and long-term of academic papers. Twitter discussion indicator have the characteristics of low timeliness, low volatility, and low persistence. The discussion in the first month of academic papers can be considered as a social influence indicator.

In the network environment, in order to effectively evaluate the comprehensive influence of papers in different ages, this paper proposes firstly citation speed Cs, the monthly citation peak Ctop, the monthly average usage Ut and the first month discussion T1 according to the different performances of different indicators over time, and use the standardization and distribution weights to combine the evaluation indicators to build a dynamic and comprehensive evaluation system for the influence of the paper. Taking the PLOS usage index, Scopus citation index and Twitter discussion index on the PLOS website as examples, the top 10 highly cited papers with the highest citation frequency from 2011 to 2017 were selected as samples for empirical research. It is found that the multi-dimensional dynamic evaluation system effectively solves the cumulative effect of time factors. While evaluating the papers of different ages fairly and objectively, it can also effectively identify high-value new papers with short published time.

In order to evaluate the quality and influence of papers in different disciplines fairly and objectively, this paper compares the nine disciplines in the field of social sciences and natural sciences, and taking the PLOS usage indicator, Scopus citation indicator, and Twitter discussion indicator of the comprehensive journal of PLOS ONE, as examples to conduct empirical research. On the one hand, it discusses the use, citation, and discussion index of numerical characteristics of academic papers in nine subject areas. On the other hand, it observes the timeliness, volatility, and sustainability of the usage, citation, and discussion of indicators in nine subject areas over time, and discovers the dynamic changes of indicator data in different disciplines. Finally, according to the numerical characteristics and dynamics of different disciplines, the indicators applicable to each subject are selected, and the evaluation methods of academic papers based on disciplinary differences are proposed, to reduce differentia between different disciplines.

In order to identify subject research hotspots and cutting-edge topics accurately and effectively, choosing the Altmetrics Attention Score(AAS) value of the Altmetric.com platform, which is weighted synthesis of 17 indicators, to identify high-profile research topics based on the z-index. Articles of five excellent information science journals in 2018 selected from SSCI database as samples to obtain the AAS values of these papers. The citation frequencies in the z-index are replaced by AAS, and a zt index model was constructed to identify the research topics. The authors construct zt index model to identify high AAS attention research topics, and construct a mean baseline classification model to subdivide the recognition results. There are 16 high-interest research topics of information science were identified, and the research contents of four categories of potential, emerged, core, and marginal categories were subdivided. Research found that the zt index model and the topic classification model of high-concerned subject research constructed
in this paper are feasible and effective.

This paper analyzes the implementation process of cloud storage of academic information firstly. And then, combined with the investigation of academic information cloud service systems,it analyzes the security requirements faced by cloud storage of academic information, including access security, data security, content security and storage platform security. At last, it is put forward from four aspects of level-based information security guarantee, hierarchical system security guarantee, multi-subjects collaborative security guarantee and effective security regime guarantee for comprehensive security guarantee strategy on cloud storage of academic information.

Academic publishers participate in the entire process of scholars' research activities through academic social platform, thereby extending the value chain upstream to academic resource management, academic exchange services and research funding information integration, improving research efficiency while helping publishers enhance user stickiness and establish brands image; downstream of the value chain, academic publishers use academic social platforms to promote scientific research communication, integrate complementary scientific research indicators and provide career development services, comprehensively enhance the added value of academic publishing services, and ultimately improve the entire academic publishing value chain and establish a more open academic exchange ecosystems.

This paper discusses five kinds of balanced behaviors that users may adopt when expressing their opinions under the influence of different social relationships, and puts forward hypotheses and the model of influencing factors of balanced behavior. Through the questionnaire survey, an empirical study is carried out by this paper on the balance behaviors and its influencing factors. The results shows that social relationships have impacts on the expression of public opinions on emergencies; the weaker the users’judgment ability is, the more likely they are to refer to their friends’attitudes towards the event and even they tend to change their attitudes to cater to friends’; users with high group status tend to adopt several balanced behaviors to achieve the balance of social relationships when expressing public opinion in emergencies; users who know more about event information are more likely to hold their ground, and tends to persuade friends when they disagree with the opinions of friends, and tends to have a positive attitude towards opponents when they had the same attitudes with opponents. This study enriches the application of the balance theory and puts forward new ideas for the study of social media user behavior.

Based on the literature retrieval and analysis, this paper makes a review of the influencing factors and the prediction methods of academic papers citation. The results show that authors, journal, paper and Altmetrics are the main influencing factors of the citation frequency of academic papers; the prediction methods are mainly based on regression analysis, classification problems, citation prediction of citation networks, and point out the main development direction of the comprehensive analysis of traditional literature measurement factors, the Altmetrics data and online academic text, fine-grained definition classification prediction method. Finally, this paper prospects the research on how to improve the citation of scientific paper and citation evaluation.

This paper proposes a semi-supervised automatic value recognition and prediction method to accomplish user group value modeling and unknown user value prediction modeling. Firstly, the LRCFP feature model is proposed, and SOM clustering algorithm is used to subdivide the social media users; thus the user group portrait is constructed The CH index is used to verify the validity of the LRCFP feature model and the SOM clustering model. Then, the decision tree model is used to predict the unknown user value. The authors take Bilibili social media platform as an example to illustrate the validity of the proposed modeling and method. User value is divided into five grades, and user characteristics of each grade are analyzed.

The paper conceptualizes the content created by Internet celebrities as content performance and believes that content performance is affected by its content characteristics. Based on the information adoption model, this paper adds content entertainment as an influencing factor, and uses topic type as a regulatory variable. Combined with text analysis, negative binomial regression was used to analyze the data set. The findings are as follows: First, media richness, content entertainment, source expertise and source trustworthiness all significantly affect the performance of knowledge influencers, among which source expertise has the greatest impact; Second, the topic type can regulate the influence of content entertainment. Research can provide references and enlightenments for enhancing the performance of Internet celebrities and the value extraction of digital content service providers.

The paper uses information gain theory to analyze the correlation between each influencing factor and the level of the information cocoons, builds the model of the sensitive influence factor on the level of the information cocoons, and then builds the prediction model of the level of the information cocoons through the support vector machine theory. The 12 sensitive influencing factors of the level of information cocoons are concentrated in four sub-dimensions, including algorithm recommendation technology, user information literacy, and system interactivity and user behavior characteristics. The accuracy of model classification prediction is 84.92%, indicating that the support vector machine has good predictive ability for the level of information cocoons .
