文章在构建科研数据管理模型的基础上，探析科研数据管理中的相关利益主体：政策制定机构、基金管理机构、科研活动机构、数据管理机构、数据出版机构以及数据生产机构，明确这些主体在科研数据管理中的作用，在此基础上分析参与科研数据管理中的相关主体之间的互动关系，为e-Science环境下科研数据管理的实施提供借鉴。

The basis of the construction of research data management model, the paper analyzes the related bodies such as policy makers, fund management institutions, scientific research institutions, data management agencies, data publishing organizations and data producers, and clears these stakeholders roles in research data management．On this foundation, analyzes the interactive relationship between relevant subjects involved in research data management, which make a contribution to the implementation of research data management in the environment of e-Science.
