摘要

文章搜集国内外网络健康信息获取与健康焦虑的期刊论文，分析网络健康信息特征和用户使用行为对健康焦虑的产生和加剧的影响。结果显示，信息来源差异、信息超载、信息冲突、信息窄化和误导信息都是影响健康焦虑的重要因素，但就诊情景与用户自我诊断情景中的健康信息使用效果存在差异。应该充分利用网络健康信息特点和传播优势，利用技术和人文双重手段促进健康信息的合理使用。

Abstract

In this study, the authors acquired foreign journal articles on health information and health anxiety, to analyze the influence of online health information and user behavior on health anxiety. The results showed that information source, information overload, conflicting information, information narrowing and misinformation are the crucial factors which impact the health anxiety. But such influence is different in the self-diagnosis and visiting the doctor. The authors suggest that it is necessary to make full use of the characteristics of health information and the advantages of health communication to promote the appropriate use of online information with the technical and humanity means.
