文章在梳理相关研究和实践发展的基础上，提出智慧馆员、智能技术、融合理念和智慧内容作为公共图书馆智慧服务的关键要素，发现智慧服务的发展路径主要体现为从智能化向智慧化、从双向交互向万物互联、从边界性向跨界融合的趋势，并从资源建设、技术突破、读者需求和空间再造四个方面探讨了当前公共图书馆实践领域主要的智慧服务模式及典型案例。

On the basis of combing the relevant research and practice development, this paper puts forward smart librarians, intelligent technology, blended concept and smart content as the key elements of public library's smart service. Then, the paper finds that development path of smart service mainly present some indications，such as from intelligence to smart, from two-way connection to everything connection, from a boundary to crossover. Finally，the paper discusses the main smart service modes and typical cases in the practical field of public libraries from four aspects: resource construction, technological breakthrough, reader demand and space reconstruction.
