文章在分析了智库评价体系构建难点的基础上，总结我国智库评价的现状，通过研究国外智库评价的方法与特点，探索我国智库评价体系构建过程中难题的解决路径。文章提出由政府机构、行业协会、智库自身与第三方机构共同参与的我国智库评价体系模型，对我国智库评价体系的构建提出建议。

Based on the analysis of the difficulties in the construction of the think tank evaluation system, this paper summarizes the current situation of the think tank evaluation in China. Through the study of the methods and characteristics of foreign think tank evaluation system, this paper explores the solution path of the problem in the process of constructing the evaluation system of the think tank. This paper puts forward the construction model of the think tank evaluation system in China, which is composed of government agencies, industry associations, think tanks themselves and the third-party organizations.
