文章将Information Literacy的内涵解读为信息素质，并主张信息素质更应突出的是主观的品质与人格。首次提出了“信息素质链”的概念，并对其构成进行了阐述。基于对象、内容、技术、信息链和延伸拓展维度构建了信息素质链的多维关系模型，同时提出信息素质可以通过大数据、人工智能、认知计算、情感计算等工具介入的方法进行科学评价。

This paper interprets the connotation of Information Literacy as information literacy, and advocates that information literacy should be more prominent in terms of subjective quality and personality. For the first time, the concept of "information literacy chain" is put forward and its composition is expounded. Based on object, content, technology, information chain and extension dimension, a multi-dimensional relationship model of information quality chain is constructed. At the same time, information literacy can be evaluated scientifically by means of tools intervention, such as big data, artificial intelligence, cognitive computing, and emotional computing and so on.
