文章通过案例研究方法，对百度乳腺吧所抽取的1000条主题贴及对应的回复贴进行内容分析及统计分析，来剖析在线健康社区中用户的参与行为类型、内容及参与偏好。研究发现，健康社区用户的参与行为包括求助类、提问类、描述类、情感表达类、经历记述类、知识分享类、社交类、广告类等十大类参与行为；其中提问类、求助类和描述类用户参与行为数量最多，而经历记述类、质疑类、情感表达类的用户参与行为更容易引起其他用户的交互。

Based on the case study method, this study carried out content analysis and statistical analysis of 1000 thematic posts and corresponding reply posts extracted from Baidu breast bar. The analysis focuses on the participation type, participation content and participation preference of users in online health community. This study found that the participation behavior of the healthy community users includes ten types of participation behavior: help seeking, questioning, description, emotional expression, experience description, knowledge sharing, social contact, advertising, and so on. Among them, the number of users involved in questioning, help seeking and description is the largest, and such as experience description, querying, and emotional expression are more likely to cause interaction among other users.
