[目的/意义]从“大文化”理念出发，结合新开通的公共数字文化服务总平台、主阵地——“国家公共文化云”，探讨建立以科技融合为驱动的更加有效的统筹协调新机制。[方法/过程]采用网络调查法，研究云技术在公共数字文化服务组织管理、资源整合、共建共享、合作帮扶等方面发挥的协调作用。[结果/结论]发现云技术应用于公共数字文化服务协调机制的过程中存在管理法律制度尚未健全、资源整合范围有待拓展、资源共享缺乏安全保障、文化扶贫的精准度有待提升等问题，提出推进相关管理法律制度建设、提高公共数字文化资源合作、建立资源共享安全保障机制、动态匹配文化扶贫资源等相关协调机制的建议。

[Purpose/significance] Based on the concept of "big culture", combined with the newly opened public digital culture service platform and main position - "national public culture cloud", to explore the establishment of a more effective overall coordination mechanism driven by the integration of science and technology. [Method/process] The coordinative role of cloud technology in organization and management, resource integration, coconstruction and sharing, cooperation and assistance in public digital cultural services was studied by using the method of network survey. [Result/conclusion] In the process of applying cloud technology to the coordination mechanism of public digital cultural services, it was found that the management legal system was not perfect, the scope of resource integration needed to be expanded, the lack of security guarantee for resource sharing, and the accuracy of cultural poverty alleviation needed to be improved. It was proposed to promote the construction of relevant management legal system, improve the cooperation of public digital cultural resources, and establish the security of resource sharing suggestions on the relevant coordination mechanisms such as security mechanism and dynamic matching of cultural poverty alleviation resources.
