[目的/意义]通过对服务社会科学院智库的图书情报机构的梳理，明确图书情报机构该以怎样的理念、思维、方式、方法更好地服务社会科学院智库。[方法/过程]通过调研与资料分析相结合的方法，对社会科学院图书情报机构服务智库的理念，信息获取及服务的方式、方法进行了论述。[结果/结论]认为应以“情报思维”+“工匠精神”作为社科院图书情报机构服务智库的新理念，充分利用现代信息技术，通过“互联网+”赋能图书情报机构进行信息采集和服务，尤其是在建立人类命运共同体的大环境下，应通过建立信息联盟促进社科院图书情报机构对智库服务质量的提升。

[Purpose/significance]Through sorting out the library and information service agencies of the service think tank of the academy of social sciences, it is clear how the library and information service agencies should better serve the think tank of the academy of social sciences in terms of ideas, thinking, methods and methods.[Method/process] Through the method of combining investigation and data analysis, this paper discusses the concept of the library and information service think tank of the academy of social sciences, the ways and methods of information acquisition and service. [Result/conclusion]It is believed that "intelligence thinking" and "craftsmanship" should be taken as the new concept of the library and intelligence service think tank of the Chinese academy of social sciences. The library and intelligence service should be enabled to collect and service information through "Internet plus" by making full use of modern information technology. Especially in the general environment of establishing a community of human destiny, the library and intelligence service of the Chinese academy of social sciences should be promoted to improve the service quality of the think tank through the establishment of an information alliance.
