[目的/意义]对《国际图联（IFLA）2019—2024战略报告》的剖析和解读，为我国图书馆事业的转型发展提供参考和借鉴。[方法/过程]通过对该报告概况、制定过程、特点、核心内容的深入分析，着重解读“提升全球图书馆话语权”“激励并提升专业能力”“连接并为职业赋能”和“达成组织的合理化目标”四大战略方向。[结果/结论]提出积极响应IFLA“行动召唤”、以图书馆学会为纽带实现跨行业互联互通、促进信息开放获取并提高读者信息素养、注重图书馆特色服务品牌建设等建议。

[Purpose/significance] Through the analysis and interpretation of IFLA Strategy 2019- 2024, this paper provides reference for the transformation and development of the librarianship in China. [Method/process] An indepth interpretation of the overview, formulation process, characteristics and core contents of the IFLA Strategy 2019-2024 has been made, and the four strategic directions:"strengthen the global voice of libraries", "inspire and enhance professional practice", "connect and empower the field" and "optimizing our organization" are interpreted emphatically.[Result/conclusion] It puts forward some suggestions, such as actively responding to IFLA's "A Call to Action", realizing cross-industry connectivity achieved through library association, promoting open access and improving literacy,and paying attention to the library characteristic service brand building.
