[目的/意义]通过对“从平凡到卓越——青年能力提升计划”三场直播活动的内容整理，旨在为青年学者成长和学术媒体服务提供参考和借鉴。[方法/过程]本文采用内容分析和文献调研的方法,对直播活动的内容进行分析与梳理。[结果/结论]求学求职、基金项目申报、让科研走向国际是青年学者成长过程中所关心的焦点问题；基于用户群体画像的媒体融合服务是学术期刊未来发展的增长点。

[Purpose/significance] By sorting out the contents of the three live broadcasts of "From Ordinary to Outstanding：Youth Capacity Improvement Project", the purpose is to provide reference for the growth of young scholars and academic media services. [Method/process] This paper adopts the methods of content analysis and literature research to analyze and sort out the content of live broadcast activities. [Result/conclusion] The focus of young scholars' growing process is to study and apply for jobs, to apply for fund projects, and to make scientific research go international. Media convergence service based on user group portrait is the future growth point of academic journals
