[目的/意义]通过对“新时代一流学术期刊建设——第二届全国图书情报与档案管理期刊高峰论坛”报告和交流内容的整理，旨在为图情档期刊的一流建设提供参考和借鉴。[方法/过程]本文采用内容分析和文献调研的方法,对会议内容进行梳理与分析。[结果/结论]新时代为图情档一流期刊建设提供了契机；图情档期刊表达了对学术评价研究的关切；《图情档一流期刊建设苏州倡议》体现了图情档期刊共同体的时代担当；图情档期刊在新时代要有新发展新作为。
