[目的/意义]中国特色哲学社会科学体系的构建和发展，迫切需要更科学适用的学术成果评价标准发挥作用。[方法/过程]本文分析了哲学社会科学及其成果评价的基本规律，阐述了中国特色哲学社会科学学术成果评价应坚持主体意识、价值引领、本土适用、多元包容四个根本原则。[结果/结论]通过文献调研、问卷调查、专家研讨等方法，梳理出由政治标准、实践标准、学术标准共三级十二项组成的中国特色哲学社会科学学术成果评价标准体系，并对其组成、内涵和实施的相关问题进行了阐述。

 [Purpose/significance] There is an urgent need for more scientific and applicable research evaluation criteria in order to develop Chinese characteristics system of philosophy and social sciences.[Method/process] This paperanalyzes the basic law of the development of philosophy and social sciences and its research evaluation, and expounds that Chinese characteristics research evaluation have four fundamental principles: subject consciousness, value guidance, local application, and multiple inclusiveness. [Result/conclusion] By literature review, questionnaire survey, brainstorm expert discussion and other methods, this paper sorts out three levels of criteria for Chinese characteristics philosophy and social sciences research evaluation: political criteria, practical criteria, and academic criteria, which consist of twelve sub criteria. Composition, connotation and implementation difficulties of this criteria system are also discussed.
