[目的/意义]数据公开和开放能够释放价值，促进学术交流和进步，但鲜有文章探讨数据公开与开放对期刊影响力产生的作用及具体机制，因此本文研究社科期刊数据公开与期刊影响力之间的关系具有一定的现实意义和理论意义。[方法/过程]利用合成控制法，以期刊A为例，对其数据公开前后论文引证指标的变化进行分析，并探讨期刊数据公开对于期刊影响力的作用机制。[结果/结论]社科期刊数据的公开能够通过提高Web即年下载率和总被引频次而显著提高期刊的影响力。

 [Purpose/significance] Data disclosure and openness can release value and promote academic exchange and progress, but few articles discuss the effect of data disclosure and openness on journal influence and specific mechanism. Therefore, this paper studies the relationship between data disclosure and journal influence in social sciences journals with certain practical and theoretical significance. [Method/process] Using the Synthetic Control Method, taking journal A as an example, the paper analyzes the changes of citation indexes before and after the data disclosure, and discusses the mechanism of journal data disclosure on the influence of journals. [Result/conclusion] Publication of social science journal data can significantly increase the impact of journals by increasing the Web's annual download rate and total citation frequency.
