[目的/意义］梳理老年人的在线健康信息替代搜寻相关研究进展，厘清老年人在线健康信息替代搜寻行 为特征与模式，为老年人在线健康信息数字鸿沟的消解及健康信息平台的服务优化提供借鉴。［方法/过程］通过 对所获取的37篇相关文献进行内容分析，归纳研究的主要内容、研究方法以及相关结论，提炼老年人的在线健康 信息替代搜寻的过程、效果及行为模式。［结果/结论］从信息获取与利用方面归纳了老年人的在线健康信息替代 搜寻过程，从认知和行为两个视角探析了替代搜寻对老年人的效果，从替代搜寻者、老年被替代搜寻者以及在线 健康信息资源三方交互的环境下探讨了老年人的在线健康信息替代搜寻行为模式，并从系统的角度构建了老年 人在线健康信息替代搜寻生态环模型，据此提出当前研究存在的问题及相关的建议与展望。

[Purpose/significance] This paper reviews the research progress of online health information proxy seeking substitution of the elderly, clarifies the behavior characteristics and patterns of elderly health information behavior, and provides reference for the resolution of the digital gap of online health information for the elderly and the service optimi? zation of health information service platform.[Method/process] Through the content analysis of 37 relevant literatures, we summarized the main contents, research methods and relevant conclusions, and the process, analyzed the effect and behavior mode of online health Information proxy seeking for the elderly. [Result/conclusion] The results show the on? line health Information proxy seeking process of the elderly from the aspects of acquisition and utilization, analyze the effect of alternative search on the elderly from the perspective of cognition and behavior, explore the online health Infor? mation proxy seeking behavior mode of the elderly from the perspective of alternative searchers, elderly substituted searchers and online health information resources, and construct the elderly from the perspective of system based on the ecological environment model of human online health information search, the existing problems and related sugges? tions and prospects are put forward.
