[目的/意义]建设有中国特色、中国风格和中国气派的学科体系、学术体系和话语体系“三大体系”是当代 中国哲学社会科学界最重要的使命。本文的目的是对图情档“三大体系”建设的内在逻辑加以解析，以便支撑我 国的图情档学科体系、学术体系和话语体系建设。[方法/过程]本文在对图情档学科体系、学术体系和话语体系发 展历程进行简要回顾的基础上，结合2021年度图情档学术热点，对图情档“三大体系”建设趋向进行了前瞻瞭 望。[结果/结论]本文认为，图情档学科体系建设应关注受教育者的福祉，不断丰富内涵，扩展外延；图情档学术体 系建设应当遵循由实用性、工具性走向理论化、本质化的逻辑，通过理论的发展引导图情档职业实践的深化；图情 档话语体系建设应适度回归传统话语基础，发展新的、有竞争力的学术话语。

[Purpose/significance] The most important mission for contemporary philosophy and social sciences aca? demic community in China is to construct the disciple, academic and discourse systems with Chinese characteristics. The purpose of this paper is to shed light on the internal logic of discipline, academic and discourse systems of library, information and archival science to support the three systems’constructing practice in China. [Method/process] Based on a brief retrospect on history of library, information and archival science development process, this paper pros? pected the tendency of the discipline, academic and discourse systems combine with the hot research topics in 2021. [Results/conclusion] The findings of this paper include that we should benefit those people who involving in library, in? formation and archival professional training programs by enrich the intention the discipline and expand the extension of it. The development of academic system of library, information and archival science should follow the logic that this sys? tem is initialed from practicality and instrumentality and tending to theorization and essentialization, thus, we should follow this theoretical understanding to deepen the professionals’practice in library, information and archival areas. The discourse system development process of library, information and archival science should appreciate the traditions in these areas and constructing new and competitive academic discoursefor them.
