[目的/意义]全民数字素养与技能受到党和国家前所未有的重视，而图书馆学界和业界在促进数字素养 与技能提升中的作用显著、大有可为。梳理国际图书馆学专业组织在促进全球数字素养与技能提升中的作为，既 有利于凸显图书馆界服务社会和国家战略的重要地位，又能够为相关研究与实践提供参考。[方法/过程]以全球 图书馆界最大、最具影响力的国际组织——国际图联为例，收集整理其在数字素养与技能提升方面发布的各类文 件、采取的重要行动，分析总结其在指导和推动全球图书馆界开展数字素养与技能研究与实践中的贡献。[结果/ 结论]国际图联在全球数字素养与技能提升中的贡献主要表现在搭建全球图书馆和信息机构的交流平台、指导全 球数字素养与技能提升的实践与研究、呼吁各国政府重视和支持图书馆开展数字素养与技能提升活动，以及扩大 图书馆在全球数字社会建设中的影响。

 [Purpose/significance] Digital literacy and skills for all has received unprecedented attention from the Chi? nese authority. The academia and industry of library science plays an important role in digital literacy and skills instruc? tion. Summarizing the contribution of the international organizations of library science in the promotion of digital literacy instruction is not only conducive to highlighting the important role of the library community in serving society and promoting national strategies, but also benefit to related research and practice.[Method/process] This paper takes the International Federation of Library Associations and Institutions(IFLA, the largest and most influential international or? ganization in the global library industry) as an example. Various documents it released and important actions it conducted on digital literacy enhancement are collected and sorted out. Its role in guiding and promoting the development of digital literacy and skills in the global library community is analyzed and summarized.[Result/conclusion] IFLA's con? tribution to global digital literacy and skills improvement is mainly reflected in four perspectives: promoting the commu? nication among the global library community, guiding research and practice on global digital literacy and skills improve? ment, calling on governments to pay attention to and support library in related activities, and enhancing the global li? brary community's impact on digital society development.
