[目的/意义］借鉴英国公共数字文化资源整合制度建设的经验，以期为完善和健全我国公共数字文化资 源整合制度体系做出贡献。［方法/过程］采用内容分析法，从制度发布主体、时间分布、制度框架及内容方面对英 国公共数字文化资源整合制度文本进行分析。［结果/结论］英国公共数字文化资源整合制度体系主要由宏观管理 制度、基本保障制度和具体指导制度构成，对此提出坚持“问题导向”“长久运行”“阶段发展”的对策。

 [Purpose/significance] By drawing lessons from the experience of British public digital cultural resources integration system construction, it is expected to make contributions to improve and perfect China's public digital cul? tural resources integration system. [Method/process] This paper mainly adopts content analysis method to analyze the institutional text of the integration of British public digital cultural resources from the aspects of the subject of institu? tional release, time distribution, institutional framework and content. [Results/conclusion] The integration system of British public digital cultural resources is mainly composed of macro-management system, basic guarantee system and specific guidance system. The countermeasures of adhering to "problem-oriented", "long-term operation" and "phased development" are put forward.
