[目的/意义]社会科学成果评价正在从只注重学术评价转向学术评价和社会影响评价并重，而针对社会
科学应用成果，需要开发出新的评价指标和方法。[方法/过程]基于文献回顾和实证调研，文章采用定性和定量结
合的方法，坚持主观和客观结合的方式，综合构建社会科学应用成果的评价指标体系。[结果/结论]文章构建的指
标体系普遍适用于社会科学门类下各学科应用成果评价，为促进社会科学应用成果内涵式发展创造新动能；并在
此基础上，对评价方式优化、评价体系实施，提出了相应的策略和建议

 [Purpose/significance] The evaluation of social science achievements is changing from only focusing on
academic evaluation to paying equal attention to academic evaluation and social impact evaluation. For the application
achievements of social science, it is necessary to develop new evaluation indicators and methods. [Method/process]
Based on literature review and empirical research, this paper adopts the combination of qualitative and quantitative
methods, adheres to the combination of subjective and objective methods, and comprehensively constructs the evalua?
tion index system of social science application achievements. [Result/conclusion] The index system constructed in
this paper is generally applicable to the evaluation of application achievements of various disciplines under the catego ?
ry of social sciences, creating new momentum for promoting the connotative development of application achievements
of social sciences; On this basis, the corresponding strategies and suggestions are put forward for the optimization of
evaluation methods and the implementation of evaluation system.
