[目的/意义]学科馆员是图书馆发展和学科建设的主力军，目前我国学科馆员职业建设存在着专业水平 较低、职业发展滞后、管理制度缺失等问题，如何有效促进学科馆员职业发展引发学术界思考。[方法/过程]文章 主要通过分析学科馆员的职业演变历程奠定理论基础；再结合国内外部分知名高校学科馆员招聘数据探究国内 “双一流”高校学科馆员制度建设问题，并分析学科馆员职业能力发展现实需求；最后提出切合需求、促进发展的 学科馆员职业建设优化路径。[结果/结论]图书馆要基于学科馆员职业需求和发展问题，从优化能力体系、加强知 识管理、完善人才培养、重视态度引导四方面制定科学的学科馆员职业发展制度和职业能力提升策略，培养高质 量的学科馆员人才队伍，助力国家科研发展和经济繁荣。

[Purpose/significance] Subject librarian is the main force of library development and subject construction. At present, there are some problems in the professional construction of subject librarian in China, such as low profes? sional level, lagging professional development, and lack of management system. How to effectively promote the profes? sional development of subject librarian has triggered academic thinking. [Method/process] The article lays a theoreti? cal foundation by analyzing the career evolution of subject librarians; Then combine the recruitment data of subject li? brarians in some famous universities at home and abroad to explore the construction of the subject librarian system in domestic double-top universities, and analyze the practical needs for the development of professional ability of subject librarians; Finally, the paper puts forward the optimization path of subject librarian career construction that meets the needs and promotes development. [Result/conclusion] Based on the professional needs and development of subject li? brarians, libraries should formulate scientific professional development system and professional ability promotion strat? egies for subject librarians from four aspects: optimizing the ability system, strengthening knowledge management, im? proving talent training, and paying attention to attitude guidance, so as to cultivate high-quality subject librarian talent team, and help the national scientific research development and economic prosperity.
