[目的/意义]健康信息学领域的研究正在蓬勃发展，然而该领域理论体系的构建和研究依然匮乏，文章通 过梳理国外基于实证的健康信息学理论应用研究现状，试图搭建系统性的健康信息学研究理论框架，从而为健康 信息学研究范式的发展提供参考。[方法/过程]从Web of Science、PubMed、Scopus数据库中检索健康信息学领域 基于实证的理论应用研究文献共91篇，使用文献计量法与内容分析法分析研究的理论来源、类型、应用对象，研 究主题等，从而聚类和凝练出健康信息学理论应用的框架。[结果/结论]健康信息学理论研究集中在对相关学科 或者交叉学科理论的应用上，缺乏对基础理论的探讨和研究，对于理论应用的研究缺乏系统性、整体性、逻辑性。 本研究通过凝练一个包含四元素（用户、信息、系统、环境）的理论应用研究框架，对现有健康信息学理论的应用研 究进行了整合，为健康信息学的理论基础和应用研究提供参考。

[Purpose/significance] The research in the field of health informatics is developing rapidly, but the con? struction and research of theoretical system is still deficient in this field. This research aims to build a systematic theo? retical framework for health informatics research by reviewing the current situation of empirical-based theoretical ap? plication research in health informatics abroad, so as to provide a reference for the development of paradigm for related research. [Method/process] A total of 91 empirical-based research papers on theoretical applications in health infor? matics were retrieved from Web of Science, PubMed, and Scopus databases, and the theoretical sources, types, applica? tion objects, and research themes in the studies were analyzed using bibliometric methods and content analysis, and then cluster and condense the framework of the theoretical application research in health informatics. [Result/conclu? sion] The results showed that health informatics theoretical research focuses on the application of theories from related disciplines or interdisciplinary fields, while lacks the exploration and research of basic theories. Moreover, the research on the application of theories lacks systematicness, wholeness, and logic. This study integrates the existing researches on the application of theories in health informatics by condensing a theoretical application research framework that con? tains four elements (user, information, system, and environment) to provide a reference for the theoretical foundation and applied research of health informatics.
