[目的/意义]公共文化服务与文化产业的对位协同发展机制是中国特色社会主义文化发展道路的重大创举，在加快构建新发展格局、着力推动高质量发展的新时代新征程中，这一机制的进一步完善具有重要意义，而从对位的双向视角观察这一机制下的实践样态，是反思宏观战略的有益微观切入点。[方法/过程]文化产业园区的公共文化服务是对位协同发展的五种典型实践样态之一。文章选择广州黄埔区文化产业园区中的四个样本，运用经典扎根理论进行研究。[结果/结论]文章初步构建了公共文化服务与文化产业对位协同发展理论模型，指出强化政府主导、坚持公益属性是公共文化服务与文化产业对位协同发展的根本前提，而强健双赢发展、互为进益平台是公共文化服务与文化产业对位协同发展可持续性的底层逻辑，相应的评估体系应基于这一逻辑从强调对位观念、倡导互惠共赢出发进行重构。

[Purpose/significance] Counterpoint coordinated development mechanism between public cultural service and cultural industry is a major innovation of socialist cultural developing with Chinese characteristics. Accelerating the construction of new developing pattern and promoting quality development, further improvement of this mechanism carries great significance. To observe the practical patterns in a two-way perspective is a benefit micro-entry point for rethinking macro strategies. [Method/process] The public cultural service in cultural industrial parks is one of the five counterpoint coordinated developing patterns. This research uses Grounded Theory by selecting four of the samplesin Huangpu District of Guangzhou. In this research, issues as construction motivation, construction mode, value embodi⁃ment and influencing factors naturally emerged. [Result/conclusion] Counterpoint coordinated developing model is ini⁃tially constructed, pointing out that strengthening the government's leading role and adhering to public interest attri⁃butes are basic premise, strengthening win-win development and mutual benefit platform are underlying logic for sus⁃tainability, and the assessment system should be reconstructed by emphasizing counterpoint and advocating mutual benefits.
