Remaking the Process of Library Knowledge Service and the Strategy of Optimizing System
According to user knowledge process, this paper takes integration with library resources, service modes and technology tools for service process reengineering. Then, it proposes four policies: question distribution, resource a-llocation, responsibility scope and assessment binding. These can be regarded as references for library knowledge service system optimization policies.
