Internation Conference on Knowledge Management in Organization（KMO）is one of the highest level conference on knowledge management in the world wide. There are 53 full papers presented in the 7th KMO conference held in July 2012 in Salamanca，Spain. The paper reviews these conference papers，focusing  on its research theories，methods，and themes，to reveal basic present situation and future research in knowledge management ，and also summarize some enlightenment of the conference to the research of knowledge management in China.
