Abstract

[Purpose/significance] With the help of complex network analysis method, this paper analyzes the multisource information collaborative structure of government affairs service from the perspective of business process data, and provides a reference for the planning of the intelligent path of government affairs service. [Method/process] Taking Changchun city as an example, information coordination subjects, information circulation channels and directions are extracted from the open government affairs service process to build an information coordination network, and the network structure and characteristics are analyzed according to the degree, centrality, aggregation coefficient and other relevant indicators of the complex network. [Result/conclusion] The analysis shows that each information subject has a certain central edge attribute, the network appears a relatively significant stratification phenomenon, the overall collaborative efficiency needs to be improved, but the high degree of aggregation between the subjects will generate leverage effect in the optimization process, which can positively promote the optimization of government information.
