The Responsibility Boundary and Strategic Choice of Academic Evaluation of Philosophy and Social Sciences with Chinese Characteristics

[Purpose/significance] Academic evaluation of philosophy and social sciences involves many fields and subjects. Clarifying the evaluation responsibility and responsibility boundary of different subjects is a prerequisite for establishing an academic evaluation system of philosophy and social sciences with Chinese characteristics.[Method/process] Based on the literature survey and comparative analysis method, through the historical investigation of the development and evolution of academic evaluation in philosophy and social sciences, the internal correlation between academic evaluation system, academic system and management system is revealed, and the evaluation responsibilities of academic community and administrative departments are summarized.[Result/conclusion] It is found that the academic evaluation is based on academic research and its service in the modern philosophy and social sciences academic development and academic affairs management. It is not only necessary to carry out scientific division of labor and accurate positioning among multi subjects, but also need to clarify the responsibility boundary of each subject, including the rights, ways,responsibilities and obligations. At present, the main task is to clarify the mission of academic evaluation of philosophy and social sciences with Chinese characteristics in the new era, facing the crux of problems, defining the
relationship and responsibility boundary of multi-subject evaluation, then construct a sunshine evaluation system and healthy evaluation ecology that combines academic community self-discipline based on academic trust and multi-subject supervision.
