[Purpose/significance] The introduction of the overall national security concept has given national intelligence work a new historical mission. To give full play to the role of“leader”,“leader”,“eyes and ears, pioneers, and advisers”of national intelligence work in the new era, we must bear the brunt of the protection of intelligence work, The establishment of an intelligence work guarantee system is an important prerequisite for the overall and systematic national intelligence work guarantee, and it has strong theoretical value and practical significance. [Method/process] Based on the analysis of the common elements and guarantee characteristics of intelligence work under the overall national security view, the article integrates the internal process guarantee of intelligence work and the external environment guarantee from four aspects: safety system construction, organizational safety guarantee, data safety guarantee and technical safety guarantee. [Result/conclusion] The "process-environment-security" trinity intelligence work guarantee system is expected to fully realize the intelligence work under the overall national security concept of "providing intelligence reference for national security and development" and "providing intelligence support for preventing and resolving risks endangering national security" the overall goal.
