Abstract: [Purpose/significance] Through exploring the influencing factors of online information evasion, we can geta relatively complete theoretical system, build the "influencing factor model of information evasion", provide some references for the research of user information behavior field, expand and deepen the relevant theories, better understandthe user's information needs and improve the information utilization efficiency. [Method/process] 17 original studieswere synthesized by meta-ethnographic method. [Result/conclusion] In this study, we got the "model of influencingfactors of information avoidance", and determined three influencing dimensions: "personal factor""information factor"and "environmental factor". Among them, "personal factor" includes tpersonal emotion, risk perception, cognitive structure and demographic factors; "information factor" includes information quality, information source and informationload; "environmental factor" includes environmental characteristics and situation types. The factors in each sub dimension have different effects on the probability of information evasion.
