Abstract: [Purpose/significance] Clarifying the influence of social media users' health information anxiety on users'thoughts and behaviors and analyzing the generating mechanism of health information anxiety are conducive to indepthunderstanding of users' psychology and providing Suggestions and countermeasures for users to better cope withthe problems and dilemmas brought about by health information anxiety. [Method/process] Based on S-O-R modeland the theory of earth-sized on social media users health information anxiety factor analysis model, build a healthy social media users information including attention to trigger anxiety, cognitive regulation, perceived control, behavior generation mechanism of the feedback mechanism of four kinds of relationship model, analyze the relationship between elements and mechanisms as well as the internal relations between mechanisms. [Result/conclusion] This paper proposeshealth information anxiety management strategies for social media users in the context of public health emergencies, soas to provide references for the effective solution of health information anxiety of social media users.
