ry search process. [Method/process] The ACS index was used to measure the emotional coping skills of the subjects,
and the Geneva Assessment Questionnaire was used to measure the emotional state of the users. [Result/conclusion]
The study found that in the process of exploratory search, there are three kinds of health information users emotional
change path, emotion changes along with the user's learning stage. The negative emotion mainly comes from the knowl?
edge and experience, the information environment and cognitive ability. No significant statistical difference was found
in search behaviors between users of emotional coping skills. The effect of affective coping skills is mainly reflected in
the degree of effort to suppress negative emotions.
