Abstract

[Purpose/significance] The rational distribution and open flow of academic resources play an important role in knowledge innovation.[Method/Process] This paper introduces the theory of knowledge innovation system, dis? cusses the operation framework, mechanism and rule of scientific research knowledge innovation system, and expounds the mechanism of academic resource monopoly hindering knowledge innovation. [Result/conclusion] Through the in? vestigation and analysis of typical academic monopoly phenomena, it is found that there are a series of monopoly prob? lems of academic resources in the current academic circle, such as the monopoly of academic journal layout, the monop? oly of academic evaluation discourse, and the monopoly of academic literature database, which have inhibited the en? thusiasm of knowledge creation, the openness of knowledge dissemination and the balance of academic ecology, and hindered knowledge innovation. From the perspective of anti-monopoly of academic resources, this paper puts forward the promotion strategy of knowledge innovation: explore and build a new network publishing platform for academic jour? nals, promote academic evaluation led by academic communities, and promote the parallel operation mechanism of aca? demic database public welfare and commerce, so as to achieve the contending of knowledge production, comprehensive knowledge evaluation, open knowledge dissemination, and promote knowledge innovation.
