[目的/意义]系统分析新时期我国人文社科成果国际影响力评价存在的问题及发展趋势，为我国人文社科评价实践和理论研究提供参考。[方法/过程]运用文献分析和网络调研，总结归纳存在的问题；从系统视角下分析未来发展趋势。[结果/结论]目前我国人文社科成果国际影响力评价存在下列主要问题：人文社科成果国际化亟须加强、人文社科成果特征的挑战（载体形态的多样性、各成果形式的不同目的和阶段性、人文社科内部的较大差异性、人文社科成果影响力的复杂性、人文社科成果的意识形态问题）、传统计量评价的缺陷、国际文献数据库的不足、相关政策与伦理的问题；总体上，未来有以下两大关键发展方向：横向广度发展——综合全面评价、纵向深度发展——智能精准评价。

[Purpose/significance] systematically analyze the problems and development trends of the international impact evaluation of Humanities and Social Sciences (SSH) output in China in the new period, and provide references for the practice and theoretical research of SSH evaluation. [Method/process] Use literature analysis and online survey to summarize the existing problems; analyze the future development trend from a system perspective. [Result/conclusion] the following main problems in the international impact evaluation of SSH in China: the internationalization of SSH needs to be strengthened, and the challenges of the SSH characteristics (diversity of carrier forms, different purposes and stages of output, large differences within SSH, diversity of the SSH impact, ideology of SSH output), shortcomings of traditional metrics evaluations, inadequacies of international databases, insufficient of policies and ethics; In general, there are two key development directions in the future: horizontal breadth development-comprehensive evaluation, vertical depth development-intelligent and accurate evaluation.
