[目的/意义]本文旨在分析公共文化云平台的运营效率现状，为提升公共文化云平台的社会服务效能提供参考。[方法/过程]从网站的规模、内容、结构、维护等角度出发选择投入产出指标，运用数据包络分析法（DEA）计算分析省级公共文化云平台的运营效率。[结果/结论]我国省级公共文化云平台的运营效率整体偏低，规模效率是制约运营效率的主要方面。非DEA有效的公共文化云平台应该注重精简高效地组织资源内容、从用户角度考虑资源与服务、充分利用用户数据提升平台质量以及通过宣传推广扩大平台影响力。

[Purpose/significance] This paper aims to analyze the operational efficiency of the public culture cloud platform and provide reference for improving the social service efficiency of the public culture cloud platform.[Method/process] The input-output index is selected from the perspective of the size, content, structure, maintenance, users and quality of the website, and the operational efficiency of the provincial public culture cloud platform is calculated and analyzed by using the Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) method.[Results/conclusion] The operational efficiency of China's provincial public culture cloud platforms is low on the whole, and the scale efficiency is the main factor restricting the efficiency. Non-effective public culture cloud platform should focus on streamlining and efficiently organizing resource content, considering resources and services from the perspective of users, making full use of user data to improve platform quality and expanding platform influence through publicity and promotion.
