[目的/意义]对国内外现有的在线健康信息行为实验研究进行梳理和评述，为后续相关实验研究提供设计思路与应用建议，促进在线健康信息行为领域研究方法的科学性和研究内容的丰富性。[方法/过程]以社会科学领域的实验研究范式为编码依据，借助NVivo质性分析软件对63篇样本文献进行编码分析，据此，精炼更规范化和实用化的在线健康信息行为实验研究构造范式。最后，展望在线健康信息行为实验研究构造范式的纵向应用和研究内容的横向延展。[结果/结论]在线健康信息行为实验研究未来应追求个体分析系统性及群体研究针对性、探索在线行为交互性及信息行为特殊性、避免实验对象趋向性及实验人员刻意性、注重研究方法融合性及研究数据多维性。

[Purpose/significance] This paper reviews the existing online health information behavior experimental research at home and abroad, and provides design ideas and application suggestions for future relevant experimental research, and promotes the scientificity of research methods and the richness of research content in the field of online health information behavior. [Method/process] According to the paradigm of experimental research in the field of social science, we code and analyze 63 literatures with NVivo qualitative analysis software. On this basis, a more standard and practical construct paradigm of experimental research on online health information behavior is summarized. Finally, this paper makes prospects aiming at the longitudinal application of construct paradigm and the horizontal expansion of research contents. [Result/conclusion] In the future, the experimental research on online health information behavior can focus on: pursuing the systematicness of individual study and the pertinence of group research; exploring the interaction of online behavior and the particularity of information behavior; avoiding the tropism of experimental subjects and the intention of experimenters; valuing the integration of research methods and the multi-dimension of research data.
