前缺乏系统的科学数据融合影响机理研究等问题。[方法/过程]文章明晰科学数据融合的相关概念,结合深度访
谈文本资料,采用质性的扎根理论方法,依据数据生命周期理论、利益相关者理论以及PEST分析。[结果/结论]构
建科学数据融合影响因素SIE模型,具体涵盖9个主范畴、27个范畴和74个初始概念,接着从利益相关者、内部数
据、外部管理三个维度,综合考察科学数据融合的对象、过程、结果和方式,提炼出推动、基础、决定、保障和中介五
类关系。该框架模型在理论上有效弥补科学数据融合研究中动力机制与作用机理的相关研究,并拓展出对框架
模型的验证及融合模式的探究等研究方向。
[Purpose/significance] Scientific data fusion is a necessary means to activate the potential of data elements
and boost the reuse of scientific data.At present, the research on scientific data fusion is relatively scattered, and there
is a lack of systematic research on the influence mechanism of scientific data fusion.[Method/process] As an explorato?
ry study, this article after the strict definition of scientific data fusion, by qualitative method of grounded theory, com?
bined with depth interviews, based on scientific data life cycle theory, stakeholder theory and PEST analysis, construct?
ing scientific data fusion SIE factor model,concrete cover nine main categories, category of 27 and 74 initial concept.
[Result/conclusion] From the perspectives of stakeholders, internal data and external management, the research com?
prehensively investigates the objects, processes, results and methods of scientific data fusion, and extracts five types of
relations: promotion, foundation, decision, guarantee and intermediary.This framework makes up for the gap of dynamic
mechanism and action mechanism in scientific data fusion research, and extends the research direction of model frame?
work verification and fusion mode exploration.
